Pipe dreams is a great smoke shop! They have many great products there, but Im always there for my hookah/shisha needs. On one of my visits, I was looking to get a 16 pack of coco nara coals. When I found out that they only had the 108 count box, the guy behind the counter apologized and offered a 10% discount on the 108 box. So as for the service, I give a solid 10/10. The only problem with the place is that they sort of have a monopoly of the sanford/lake mary area, so they are able to charge higher prices. For example, a 50g box of fantasia is a little over $7 after tax at pipe dreams, while other places out in the UCF area have it for $5. Besides the high prices, this is an awesome shop that I would recommend to anyone.

This place would be awesome if it were managed better. They run out of items constantly, tax the hell out of everything about three to four hundred percent mark up, for example if they pay $6 for a product u pay $24. It is another successful, money hungry company that cares more about mass produced chinese and indian glass than hand made local art. They have a good bit of local glass but the gas station glass there is overwhelming. Some of the staff sucks, some know their glass. Most cigars are stale and same goes for the over priced rolling tobacco. Not the best place for a general good vibe for shoppping.

What an awesome place to go! I am new to the area and was looking for a hookah. Joe was very knowledgable about the products and didnt try to sell me crap. I went in looking for a quality product but not looking to spend a fortune. They even gave me a demo and I got to try the product before I bought it. The only thing I was unhappy about was they let me try a tobacco that is no longer being carried and it was fantastic! Dave and Joe will always have my repeat business an I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Thanks for the great experience guys!

I was told on the phone they had and were setting aside a specific bottle of e-cig juice with 6mg nicotine. I drove all the way from Altamonte Springs just to find out they didnt have it. Lots of the items on the shelves are old and dusty. Dont go here for any vape products.

Ill admit it was the own employee who sucked and made me never want to go there again but really, the glass is cheap and if the customer service is going to suck what is the point? People under 21 should not be allowed to work at stores like this.
