I dont even want to give even a one star review ... the guy whos name is Zachary or Zack I dont really sure thats his real name , he treat me very unprofessional. I dont even understand how this have have so many good reviews . I brought a hookah and this guy sell it to me without a box with missing parts and dirty . I ask for the the hookahstores box and he gave me a regular brownish box that you use when you moving. That was for a gift, I cant take that piece of *** for a gift . I ask him for refund before leave because I though hes going to give me a new one or at least a discount .. but nothing, he went very rude with me. He told me he cant give me a refund because is a store policy .. but men, I didnt even went out of the store!! ... at the end before leave the store , very disappointed and almost crying I ask for his name and he took like 2 mins to tell me his name .. and I told him I dont care if you dont tell me your real name, Im going to figure it out. Then he told me Zachary. So hopefully is that his real name . Be aware from him . He seems he just want to receive comition and not worry about you spend or your money. Or if you are happy or unsatisfied. I will not come to that store ever againg... sorry for the others ones who work there and really appreciate costumers

I have been coming to this chain of stores for years, and that is changing today (August 7) because around noon I was so kindly greeted by the kid working with a "welcome to climax, nice to see you again so I can pull out a bunch of pipes for you to look at but not buy", I walked outside to cool off after asking for a price on a carb cap and got the short answer of "too much". This shop is full of fake "high end" glass, miserable employees, and a miserable owner. I think its safe to say climax is the only shop in Central Florida that I wont be bringing my business. If you want good glass prices, and to know that what your buying is legit, try Purple Ringer, New Galaxy, Good times, or even Mystik.. i have 4 friends who have worked for this company and all of them would agree it is a shady shop. ✌️

Went in about a month ago owner told my husband and I a price of 199 for the pax 2. Went back to buy the product thinking it was the price we were told. We would have bought the product offline if we knew they up charged the price by 100 bucks. The guy there swiped our card before telling us they charged us 298.00. We left the store got home and turned right back around, now they wont refund our money. We did not even take it out of the box told us store policy. Horrible horrible place. Rip people off. Never ever recommend going there. Have fun getting ripped off and having a place run your card without telling you what their charging. Hope this place goes under.

I visited this shop after work wanting to get in and out. Alex attended me right away with a friendly smile, he showed me around with no hurry. I stayed a bit longer to admire all the mesmerizing glass pieces and their different characteristics. He was so patient with me. I was inspired to give this local business a new customer that I left with a big smile and two beautiful pipes. What a great way to end my hard days work. Thank you so much Alex! Ill be back soon for the glass blowing courses coming up within a month!!! I advise you to stop by if in the area!

Ive been into many different head shops, but by far Climax has been my best experience. Zach was not only helpful but extremely knowledgeable on the different manufactures and what pieces were catered to different preferences. I can honestly say that if you are looking for intelligent, friendly, and accurate service Climax is easily the store for you! Ask for Zach, he wont sell you something you are not completely happy with.

i received a friendly greeting as soon as i entered the shop. they have a wide selection of products enough for everyone. very friendly staff willing to help out with any questions i had. their prices were amazing being very cheep and as close as possible to the stock price ( i bought a tank for $42 and the stock price is $40 so very reasonable) this is my new store that i will always come to rather then illyas smoke shop

Cheap glass is the only way you can describe this place. Bought something yesterday and it broke while being cleaned the same day. When I brought it in they said there was nothing they could do for me. When I bought it the guy pulled one of the box saying it was strong glass and then realized it was broken. He swore that never happened.. Ill never buy from them again.

This place is one of the best smoke shops Ive ever been to. I blow glass and Shelby helped me pick out what I needed. She was incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable about everything I asked. This young lady went above and beyond with her help, and the shops selection and size also exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would come back! Thank you!

Had the Bubbler that was calling my name... it was my 1st visit to this store. It was very neat and organized with glass pieces that are amazing. This is the best smoke shop in the area. The people are friendly and are more than willing to provide you with amicable and knowledgeable conversation before your purchase. The location in Winter Park also has a new smoke lounge in the back with amazing music. Definitely would recommend for a group of friends

the only smoke shop i go to they have the best selection of clove cigarets ive seen in winter park great. prices on there vape mods, and there glass is beautiful and durable i cant tell you how many times ive dropped my pipe on my tile floor and it still looks like the day i bought it from them.
