The quality of the merchandise that they sell is cheap. Bought a hose within a week it fell apart. I bought a hookah and did not function properly, mind you Ive been smoking hookah for the last 10 years. The owner is arrogant and Rude. Staff is ok but lacks customer service. I Do Not Recommend this store to anyone. You get what you pay for! Go Down the st to Up in Smoke.
