Prices are totally ripped off. Last time i came in, Sara gave 5 dollars off for hookah flavor. I was impressed and told her will the price be the same ? She told.me all i have to do is bring my reciept and she will meet the price. So tonight, i came in. A man told me a different price and i showed him the reciept and thouht they will give 5 dollars off. He accused me that im lying. Im sorry to say, their advertisement is bullshit, trying to persuade people to buy their stuff. Beside, other stores sell cheaper stuff than their products they are selling.

I dont like to mess with anyones rice and beans but dont waste your time coming here. They really need to change their practices and improve dramatically in customer service. Dont bother calling by phone, you wont get an answer. Little more than a year ago was a good place to buy and ask for suggestions. I dont know what happened. Hopefully they go back to their old ways and become again a good place to buy anything related to smoking or vape. Lets see on my next visits and Ill update my review.

Not usually one to review businesses BUT....I have been taking Kratom for years now. I have tried probably hundreds of different brands and the house Kratom at this place was the best I have ever had. I was a little hesitant to try it because I have had some bad experiences with head shop Kratom but I am so happy that we went there. Wish we lived closer. Get the horned leaf!!!! The guy that was working (cant remember his name) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Very over price was trying my first vapor stick bought one from here for 149 claimed to be a good deal was very much a lie on eBay same vap is 49.99 and other smoke shops like 79.99 to 89.00 for full kit I would not recommend this place to anyone if they feel they can get over on you they will very bad business practices here I will be trying to return it for refund or at the very least a price match. Will update review to let you know how that goes

My husband and I are quitting smoking cigarettes and moving to vaping. Definitely not an easy transition. Very thankful for Stefan for pointing us in the right direction. We no nothing about this and he has helped us tremendously. These "good" vapes arent cheap. So Im thankful that I have a real person to help me with anything that I might not get instead of someone on the phone. Way to go!! Great customer service!! Thank you!!!

Got ripped off when I bought my first atomizer for my vape, sold me some low quality garbage for top dollar. Went back to buy coils and they tried to sell me the wrong ones. The whole time I was there they were laughing and speaking some other language as Im standing right there which I thought was extremely rude. Never going back there again!

Prices are ridiculous. They push people to buy one line. I don’t have a problem to pay a little bit more but 3 times the price!!! Thanks but no thanks. My question is: who sets the prices? The owner or the guy who sells? I never got a receipt. Why??? I think the owner should check all these things out.

prices are ridiculous my local smoke shop has prices half of what this store is. Not only did I overpay for what I bought, but also I bought 5 replacement coils for my vapor pen and 3 out of the 5 didnt work and were defective I will never bring my business here again or recommend to anyone.

Sam is the best. We are very experienced vapers on vacation and this is definately a good one to hit if youre super into vaping. The juice selection is great and theres not a bad one there! Go here as soon as you get a chance you wont be sorry!

I was quoted a price on a water pipe. When I returned to the store 1/2 hour later, the clerk denied that was the price and gave me a higher one. I returned the following day and that cashier gave me a third price. Very shady.
