Let me say first that I am from the United States and a seasoned shopper. Some of the stores I visited: ALDO, Betsey Johnson, Aqua Beachwear, Chicos, BCBG Max Azria, American Apparel, etc. My biggest complaint about Orlando Premium Outlets located on International Drive is that it is a big "tourist trap". I feel that people from other countries are tricked into thinking they are getting good deals here. Since I am very familiar with average prices in many shops located here, I know that the prices are exactly the same as any other store. Almost every shop I visited did not sell items for "outlet prices". I left extremely disappointed and empty handed. Another complaint I have is that there was a long line to use the restroom. The reason is that all but one or two stalls were being cleaned during peak hours. That is a very poor time to clean restrooms. The shop that upset me most was Betsey Johnson. I love to collect her jewelry and thought I could find great prices on her pieces. I was very wrong. Almost every piece was retail price. The selection was also unimpressive. Every Macys I have been to carries less pieces but has a great selection. If Im paying full price, I want to get my moneys worth. I also disliked the layout of the store. I had to keep kneeling down in front of the cash register just to look at the jewelry in a case. The ALDO here had the exact same sale going on that the ALDO in the Florida Mall had. Most things were retail price. Keep in mind I didnt visit every store. This is just my opinion on the ones I did visit. I didnt go into Coach, Saks, or Dooney and Burke, so maybe they did have true outlet prices. Just dont be lured in expecting most of the smaller shops to have outlet prices. You have to really look for a deal. Oh, it was also a pain to find this place. It is not advertised on any sign or billboard within the Universal/International area. It was also hidden by trees, and I didnt see it until were were 0.3 miles away. Use an updated GPS if possible to find this place.

I found a black 1x jacket that I loved, I asked if they had in white. The worker told me that the sizes 1x and xl fit the same way. I said, no they dont. The xl is too tight across my chest and the 1x fits great. He said, "Oh, ok. We dont have a 1x in white." So, I took the black one. The price tag had been ripped off. It was on a rack with about fifty of the exact same jacket in seven different colors for $59.99. I took another black jacket so they could scan the tag. When I was checking out, the cashier told me that it was $95.00. I said, the rack and all of the other price tags say $59.00. She said that that was for the regular sizes. So, I brought her a purple jacket that was 1x and said $59.00 on the tag. She then told me that the black was $95.00 and the other colors were $59.00. I said, I thought you said that the reason it was more expensive was the size, not the color. She said, I can sell you the purple one for $59.00 or the black for $95.00. She then just stared at me until I walk out in frustration. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

The customer service in this store is a joke! Seems like they have a can of worms shoved up their rear. If you prefer snobby service, this is the store for you.
