Mountain Sports is just an awesome all around place for your outdoor recreational needs. The ppl here are always friendly and eager to help. They have an awesome selection of fly fishing gear, kayaks, bicycles, and clothing from several different brand names. They have a local fishing guide that works there that is very knowledgeable about the local rivers and he will spend all the time talking with you that you want to talk. The majority of their merchandise is priced below the competition. They also have layaway on most items.. Its a local small business and it is definitely worth going their over the major chain stores. Stop in and look around even if your not looking to buy and youll be surprised at what all they have to offer.

Stopped here the morning after Christmas. I was not sure they would even be open. I arrived at 930 and found they did not open until 10. I was scheduled to ride at a local place at 10 so I figured I would knock on the door and ask them if they could sell me some shoes and pedals even tho they had not opened yet. To my surprise they invited me inside and helped me with everything I needed and I was on my way. A+ coustmer service and great prices! They absolutely earned a lifetime coustmer. Shop local! No box store will ever be this helpful to a fellow rider!

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a fishing kayak and over a two day period I visited this business and decided on the Perception Pescador Pro 12. Great yak! Ive had it in the water twice since I bought it 2 days ago and it has met my expectations. The folks helping me were friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices were fair for this type of water craft. I also looked around the store and they are well prepared to help with a variety of outdoor pursuits; fly fishing, climbing, camping, clothing, hiking. I suggest they are worth checking out.

Great people!! Me and my Lab puppy stopped in today to LOOK around and ended up with a bag full of stuff.I can not express enough how helpful and nice the staff was.Usually when i take my dog into stores i get i bad feeling...but not here they all played with him and even held him while I tried on some awesome pants.needless to say I purchased the pants and several other items mostly due to the sales peoples great demeanor towards my dog and myself!!They just earned a lifetime customer A+++++
