I called into the orange city Sallys this morning at 10am and unfortunately my (simple polite i might add) request to have a price lookup on a product was answered again unfortunately by an ill-mannered employee by the name of "Julio". I was then hung up on and sassed about calling back a 2nd time to simply find out if the product was available and the what the price would be. It is in my opinion that this particular store should consider cleaning house of certain employees. This is not the first time and i can assure myself and others that it will not be the last time a simple polite request is met with unwarranted hostility until new employees are brought in. Word of advice... If you do not "like" your job then keep your dismay to yourself and dont thrust it at customers because i can assure you that you will loose customers that purchase high end, bulk and expensive products over that sort of behavior.

Wanted to share that this location is under New Management with a new Beauty Advisors!
