Les doy una estrella poque era cliente de ellos hasta que compre un producto lo abri y me di cuenta que no era lo que necesitaba lo quise regresar y me dijo que no porque lo abri entonces pierden un cliente por algo significante deben aprender a buscarle la buelta al cliente para que el cliente se sienta bien en otros supply me habia pasado y me lo recibian de todas maneras porque aunque el producto lo abri ellos se dieron cuenta que no estaba usado bueno aprendan a que el cliente tiene la razon gracias...
