I went in and talked to a lady about getting a card with them, I had just recently graduated cosmetology school and was excited to shop there. This woman was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She made me feel like a moron and spoke with an attitude of superiority. At the end of our very short conversation I apologized for not knowing what all I needed to get a card due to misinformation from a coworker at my salon and she replied "Bye" and turned around and left. This was all after driving over 30 minutes in the pouring rain, getting lost and having to pull over multiple times due to the weather, just to get there. She was so unbelievably rude and unfriendly Im not sure how she is even able to hold a job like that. I will not be back to that location. However, the other location on Whipple in the yellow plaza is far, far nicer. The woman who helped me was very friendly and patient. She treated all customers with kindness and a friendly attitude! That is now the only location I will go to.

No one greets you when you walk in . All those Women are very rude . Refused to let me use a coupon and all act like they hate their job. Quit then ! Dont recommend and wont be back . Hate this location

I LOVE this place, or course its for licensed cosmetologists only but they have great prices and such a selection of products and they were very helpful and friendly!
