Terrilbly rude staff. My experience was similar to the other comment about being given bad advice and having to wait on the employees to stop talking to get checked out and they were whispering and clearly gossiping about the people in the store shopping. Also I was actually yelled at!, I wasnt nearly even 10 ft away from the lady, she yelled "Thats not going to work!" This is after she told me she wasnt a cosmetologist. I was given awful ideas to use bleach on my hair after I said Id never do bleach again but thats not even the point. I know the Sallys employees dont have to know what their talking about to work there but the energy and tone I was given was rude and forceful and I almost felt like I was being pushed into buying something I didnt want or need. I also had a coupon for nail Polish and it was up to $7.99 and was being told I wasnt allowed go over a $4.99 cap because the other ones up to $7.99 werent going to work unless I dried them under a UV light or whatever which I read the directions on the nail Polish and it was inccorect information, so maybe shed pocket the extra money, she seemed vile enough. Plus a coupon is a coupon I shouldnt be told I cant spend the entire $7.99 of it and try to be forced to get the cheaper kind. So all and all I will drive out of my way to avoid going to the this Sallys and go to other ones and hope that the woman who gave me this experience gets fired for her attitude and poor costumer service. I mean, i had just a purely negative experience when it shouldve been peaceful and helpful to get in and get out of Sallys. I didnt catch the womans name but she has a splotchy dark black and red tinted fried hair stack on her head and has a winey yet rude tone. No one should go here if they have a choice, drive a few extra miles to the other sallys.

Wow some of the reviews on this store and Jesse the manager is really rediculous. I have never once as a professional been treated poorly at this store under new management. They are always extremely friendly and have my order ready in no time including last minute calls which tend to happen from time to time. I dont understand why anyone would purchase at one location with any company and return at another. Are you that ashamed or deceitful on making a return that you travel to the opposite side of town to make a return? I have returned a few items that turned out i didnt like for my clients hair and have had no issues but I always do it at the store I shopped at. Its common business courtesy to do that. If someone came into my salon to get a refund on a haircut they got at another location I wouldnt refund them either. Not to mention from my 30 plus years shopping with sally beauty I do know not all stores carry the same items and why would someone return a product that store doesnt stock? Just saying this store and staff are very well put together and in no way deserve this feedback.

I went in there for the first time, and at about 20mins to close, and they were very helpful. Asked if we needed help finding things. (I was in there with my mom shopping for new, fun nail stuffs! Girls night! Lol!) and then they didnt pester or bother us at all... Even when it was a little past close (I felt so bad because I kept finding awesome things), we got no attitude what-so-ever! She even answered what I call "stupid questions" with an amazing knowledge base and educated me without making me feel stupid. They both wished us a good night when we left, about 10-15mins after they closed. (Im soo sorry for keeping you!!) For my first experience at this Sallys (Ive been to other stores, and some with lots of attitude) it was an amazing one. Seeing how I live about 5-10mins away I will definitely be back! Oh and the store is a little small but with me being in a wheelchair it was still ok for me to get around and they didnt mind when I moved one of their displays about an inch so I didnt knock it over with my wheels.

Extremely rude staff, specifically Jesse, a salesman who criticized my returning of an item to his store. Letting me know how much paperwork, and loss of $$ this was causing him. He was a completely out of line. A return that is not opened, has th ereivice.pt, and was purchased two days prior, should be no issue whatsoever. I purchased it at the location in Apopka. As I read other reviews, I am now reaching out to the corp. office. There is no reason for his kind of customer service. And I was surprised to see the staff gabbing away in an is,e while people were in line waiting to check out. Will never visit this store again.

The staff is pretty rude, on several occasions I was given bad advice, and almost forced to take it to begin with, and when you go to check out they take their time, I mean I have stood there waiting for them to finish conversations with each other often not related to their jobs, once even making fun of a sad homeless woman, and have waited as long as 10 min. I will never go back

They Are Very Rude Went There Yesterday Looking Around And I Seen This Maniken Doll And All I Did Was Touch It And There Talking Bout Please Dont Touch That Please I Was Finna Curse Her Out .There is one lady who follows me around the store and one lady that watches me and in the mirror ima tell them bout they self cause who just cause im black dont mean im finna steal

Those people who commented that the employees were rude are mistaken. My whole experience of this place was nice and smooth and the employees were awesome. They base their opinions on a one time entry but I go here very often and im never dissapointed (unless Im short on money and I wanted to buy something nice for myself haha!)

Really rude staff.....The lady who spoke to me didnt act like she wanted to help me, and the other woman who works there asked someone if they needed help and not me......I highly recommend that no one patronize this business. They need to be shut down ASAP
