Wait times for prescriptions are horrendous. A few weeks ago I went on to pick up my script that they said would be ready two hours after I dropped it off. There was a problem with my insurance apparently and I was told to have a seat and wait. I waited nearly an hour before another worker noticed that I was still there. There were two other women told to wait as well. I understand it was busy, and that its a heavily used pharmacy, but I am so very disappointed in Walgreens. The workers were doing everything they could to be on the ball, and I do complement them on that, but something needs to be done to reduce wait times. Went yesterday to pick up a different prescription after the same two hour wait and waited just a few minutes as the pharmacist filled them herself then and there. I feel like they might give the drive thru customers more priority than people walking in.

I hate writing this because I want our Walgreens to continue here in North Deland, and I love the pharmacists, but it seems that you have them doing everything BUT filling scripts. A few days ago, the pharmacist was working at the drive-thru, working the counter and filling scripts. I wont go into the time factor because words cannot describe the lack of staff - but it seems that a pharmacist should be able to concentrate on filling the proper medications and speaking with those who are obviously ill, who are filling scripts - how can anyone expect a pharmacist to be on top of their game - when they have to work the counter and the drive-thru? My husband was so frustrated with the service that he got his scripts back and took them to Publix to be filled. I fill about 8 scripts a month and I can attest to the fact that there is a need for more staff in the pharmacy.

Could not fill a prescription for 90 minutes at 7:30pm. Said they would call when it was ready bit that never happened. Pharmacist and customer argued for 5 minutes while I stood there and got ignored. I had to call to two women techs that were clearly visible to get assistance and then she made it seem like they were doing me a favor. Strongly suggest you avoid this Walgreens for your prescription needs.

The pharmacy is so Disrespectful, slow, condescending, careless, etc...I try to avoid this Walgreens and any Walgreens at all costs. Publix is actually much cheaper across the board when it come to the pharmacy. Ive asked Walgreens pharmacy for advice and they tell me they arent a doctor. Well obviously.

They only pronounced my name wrong twice, called my girl friend Sondra Sandra the whole time we were there. I guess listening and respect for the identity of a customers given name is not required. Wonder if medication ever gets switched because of such shortness of respect ?

That phone rang at the drive up window for 5 minutes. When one of the 5 people behind the counter answered the phone, they took it off the hook and laid it on the counter for another 3 minutes. No "hello, be right with you". The service was terrible.

Dropped my rx off and was told an hour and a half.....two hours and nothing. Also concerning that they have staff working in the pharmacy that have no knowledge about prescription medication and no pharmaceutical training...

Most employees are rude except for 2 or 3. Manager was rude & disrespectful and also very full of himself. Apparently he thinks his title makes him better than everyone.
