Im licensed in Oklahoma as well as Florida, but my drivers license is still registered in Oklahoma (thats where I live). When I tried making my account here, I was told that despite having my Florida barber license I wouldnt be allowed to make an account. I explained that the company who owns CosmoProf also owns Armstrong McCall and have the same policies. Ive had no problems registering an account in Texas with my Oklahoma license, so what gives? The manager was incredibly short and rude with me and wouldnt give me an explanation beyond just "no", then became incredibly dismissive. If it werent for the fact that this is the only supplier near where I stay when Im visiting, I would not come back here. Its as bad as State Beauty Supply in Oklahoma! That being said, one of the cashiers was sweet and visibly embarrassed by the exchange, and tried her best to smooth it over after the manager left. Oh, and they dont carry Goldwell. How weird.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team at this location. The ladies are always very helpful, to a fault. The store manager now, has been through a very difficult time, losing her life partner. They are my parents age, and I understand how difficult that is. My mother lost my father in December. Ladies...always remember that not everyone wears a sign telling you about the bad things happening in their life. I always treat everyone with respect, and I get the same in return. Always treat others well...just like this situation...you never know what they are feeling inside. Your kindness may be just the cure they needed to muster a smile. Thanks!

I visit this store often on my way into my studio in Winter Park, the ladies are always kind and very helpful. I needed some salon equipment and they took the time to go the book with me and help me figure out what I may need for my new place. They always go the extra mile and I was super excited to see that they now carry Avlon product line.

Absolutely the rudest service as soon as I was in the door. Sales lady was condescending and refused to help and was absolutely snotty from the start. Ridiculous. For working in a beauty supply, she sure was ugly inside and out.
