I LOVE Sallys, they have what ever a person needs for their hair, nails and skin! I give the store in genera 5 stars. Thing is I give the employees, specifically the Manager a 2 star. She is helpful when it comes to giving advice in which product is good and which is not as good but she can be very rude also. Her opinions seem to direct and unprofessional like. She even had the nerve to tell me that a person has 3x to turn in a item either for a full refund and an exchange! WHAT!!! On the receipt it even said "refundable w/ receipt I think w/ in 30 or 90 days" I only brought an item back w/ out a reciept once to her, yes I did return several items w/ in a week or 2 period but I was not going to keep a product that did not work for me or just had a change of heart about. I will not be going to this store any time soon, I will be going to one that is a few minutes away from me instead (this store was just around the corner to my house ).Hopefully when she has her baby she doesnt come to work for several months so I dont have to see her face when I do go back over there!

I went in there to buy a toner and the associate convinced me and getting my hair bleached which totally damaged my hair. They also charge me for a product that I didnt even buy. They have very bad customer service. I will not be shopping there again. They should hire Associates that are more familiar with products or if they dont know anything they shouldnt suggest anything at all.
