After reading some of the other reviews as I sat at the table waiting for our food to arrive, I wasnt sure what to expect. However, the food and service were good. We didnt have to wait on service or food. Our server stopped by to check on us regularly and made sure we received everything we asked for quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and even made sure to ask if we wanted drinks to go. We are regular Cracker Barrel customers up and down the highway when we travel and near our home as well. We have come to expect decent service and good food. Im glad this visit did not disappoint . Thank you for a pleasant experience, as usual.

I left without tipping, the "service" was so terrible. My "server" took my order and gave me my check - that was it. He got the side orders wrong even after I corrected him. He never came by to check on me after dropping off the ticket. He was more interested in selling me a phone plan from his second job at the mall than he was performing his first job at the restaurant. Several servers walked past and my empty tea glass was in plain sight, no one offered to refill it. Do not recommend.

The food is pretty good and the prices are fair. Overall service is spotty. We always ask for a server named John. He takes excellent care of us. Otherwise the service is slow. Even when the service is good the kitchen is often inexplicably slow. I usually go in around 7:30pm when the crowds are slow. The management has already started sending staff home at this point and any sizable group of people will be a struggle for them to handle.

Staff is friendly and food was consistent with what you expect from Cracker Barrel. Service was slow both times we stopped at this location (on the way to and from our destination) so I would suggest ordering your food when you order your drinks and expect a wait while hoping for the best. Bathroom was pretty clean, too, considering how busy they were when we got there.

Faithful to cracker barrel but unfortunately I have had 1 too many bad experiences at this one. Horrible service, complaint to management and was completely ignored after that. Food isnt bad, but total disregard and feeling disrespected will keep my family out of this establishment and will keep me from recommending it to anyone.

The prices are high for what you get you can buy the same quality food for half the price with no wait it has Disturbed me greatly how they have monopolized what they once were suppose what they are today theyre just like anybody else all about the money thats not the Cracker Barrel I remember sorry

This is one of the best Cracker Barrel stores we have visited across the USA. Clean restrooms store and restaurant. They have friendly staff and good service. Any issues are promptly dealt with to your satisfaction. Reliably good food every time.

Was seated and waited for about ten minutes.. Another couple was seated right next to us..The waitress bypassed us and took there order did not even acknowledge us. So I think the wait staff needs to be trained in being a little more observat.

This Cracker Barrel was a little busy due to a traffic accident. Sat down and ordered, wifes meal did not come until the end of everyone elses meal and my sons bacon cheeseburger did not have any bacon. Manager apologized, thats about it.

Excellent experience, Carmen our waitress was great, manager came around and talked with us and asked about our experience with them. I have been eating at this location for over 8 years. No problems with any part of our visit.

Consistent service overall. Great for sit down dining when family comes in from out of town. We usually do not have to wait long for seating. There is something on the menu for everyone and they serve breakfast all day.

Service was okay. The steak I ordered seemed to be undercooked to my taste (I ordered medium well, but more well than rare, but it seemed closer to medium rare), but other than that it was a decent visit.

This is really nice place. Stilized for old barn with a small shop in front. Their steak was in the top 10 Ive ever tried. That bad comments perhaps belong their competitors next door...

John was are server and he did amazing job and made sure we had everything we ask for I had meatloaf on the grill and he made sure it was cool well and his personality was wonderful.

Marques our waiter awesome service my tummy was upset ordered chicken noodle it was perfect settlled it and was on my way in no time and the bathrooms was really clean I will be back

Sever and host/cashier made my experience superb. Food was perfectly prepared and presented, waitress made a fresh pot of decaf and refilled it often. Great job!

Very friendly staff. They had 2 or 3 buses come in ahead of us, so they were apologetic for any wait, but they did just as well as anyone else could have done.

This is a typical Cracker Barrel. Its on the interstate and crowded, but we only waited 10 minutes before being seated. I love Cracker Barrels!
