Incompetent service while cashing my money ($90). Placed order on 21 January and still waiting for the product. 2 delivery attempts prompt communication on my end and ZERO (0) response from WH Gifts...! Left 2 voice messages and sent 2 e-mails in 2-3 days and NOT a SINGLE REPLY. Pathetic. Call the toll free number and sent immediately to the voice recorder. Totally Incompetent at this time. UPS say they delivered my package (the second time) and arrived to leasing office 14 minutes later to collect my package and the package was NEVER there...! On the first delivery attempt, I sent them my physical address within 6 hrs of receiving the e-mail notification that UPS does not deliver to PO Box... (where was QA/QC before shipment?) and instead my package sat at a local UPS warehouse for a week and returned to sender the following week, while I provided them with an alternate PHYSICAL address a week earlier. Totally Incapable service.

The shop itself is really great if you want to buy some gifts and souvenirs. Unfortunatly they had no poststamps for the postcards we bought. But that is not the reason for the 1-star rating... Its the BAGS!!! If you are ask if you want some please answer no! After two hours of carrying these bags my hands looked like in the picture (the blue paint was even darker!) And it took for ever to wash the paint away! So sry guys but I can give only 1 Star for this horrible bags!

I was doing some research on Visitor Centres when I decided to visit the White House Visitor Centre. I was very impressed with the information and the way in which it was presented. I especially liked the virtual tour of the White House and the audio visual presentations. If you cant get to visit the White House (or dont want to) this is a pretty good alternative.

The items (as expected) were high priced. Quality was pretty good and they have a running offer. If you buy worth $50 or more which is not very hard to do given the prices, you get a picture of urself in the Oval Office or the podium free (worth $15 I think). This s pretty cool for families with kids. I could see that they had fun with it.

I love jewelry and they carry presidential cufflinks and lapel pins. They are also one of the few places I know that carry some 3x sizes. I enjoyed shopping there and the young lady who assisted me with my purchase went out of her way to make sure I found everything I wanted.

Great location, lots of selection, and a cool photo opportunity inside (with purchase, of course!). My main complaint is price. Most stuff is 50-75% more than Amazon... And this despite the fact that the souveniers are almost all made in China! Ah, the irony.

Nice souvenir shop next to the White House. The store has an official feel, lots of various merchandise, which is expensive. However if you spend 50 dollars you can get photos of you standing inside a mock White House.

This shop was amazing! It must have anything you could possibly want that says White House or has a Presidents image on it. Its not too tacky, and the shop is clean and well-organized. The staff were also friendly.
