This past Saturday I brought my two senior Pembroke Welsh Corgis to EarthWise to have their toe nails trimmed and feet groomed. This was their first experience with a groomer. (previously I had always let the vet techs trim their nails) My 10 year old Soffie (who is DM affected, {a neurological disorder that causes paralysis}) was immediately put at ease by Amy and her associate (Im sorry I dont know her name) They were very careful and gentle with her and gave her a beautiful "pawdicure"!!! I was amazed at how relaxed Soffie was with them. My 9 year old Griffyn (hes a scaredy!!!) was like wise immediate put at ease. And came out with his paws looking better than they ever have before!! Trish, who was there working customer service was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was truly impressed with everyone there and Soffie and Griffyn received treats and we all left feeling happy and well served!!! It took me two years to find EarthWise, but I can tell you I have become a loyal customer. And would highly recommend a visit to their store!

We were visiting Naples and ran out of dog food. We did a Google search and found the usual stores, but we really were concerned about the quality of the food and our miniature schnauzer didnt seem to be liking her food, so we found Earthwise online. The store attendant was kind, patient and answered all our concerns even though it was close to closing time. She discussed all the different foods and when we decided she gave us samples just in case our dog didnt like it we could return the bigger bag. The food was a hit! Our schnauzer now cant wait to be fed. Thank you so much!

Today, 6-28-15, our sheepdog had a 1:30 grooming appointment and when we got there, the new groomer stated that they closed at 5pm and the person who scheduled it must not have realized how much time would be needed. Our dog had a two inch coat and was in good condition. She made me feel like I did something wrong. Her tension was palpable and no dog needs that kind of anxiety at a groomers so I think we will need to find a new groomer. I asked the Earth wise person in the shop that I would speak to the owner if needed but no one has called.

When it comes to buying my Stella & Chewys raw frozen food, there are a few places in town to buy from, and at least two of them are closer to my home, but I choose to drive across town to Earthwise because I feel valued as a customer there. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have a vast knowledge of natural pet food and supplies. There prices are reasonable and they carry a great selection of food, treats, supplements, and supplies to keep my doggies happy and healthy. I absolutely love Earthwise Pet Supply in Naples, FL.

I went there today as a salesman but I left as a customer, Tricia the owner/Pet Professional was so helpful and her knowlege base is second to none. I live on Marco Island but I will be a customer at EarthWise. We feed our dog Fromm Dog food and it was competively priced and they will order what you need. I got the nickle tour and the Groomers were excellent with all the pets in the salon, they have a selfwash area to bath your pet it was impressive. Michael Trzyna Marco Island

You can tell from the moment you walk through the door these folks know & care about what theyre doing. After several bad experiences at other groomer/ retail chains I walked passed earthwise & decided to give it a shot. My daughters service pet is a 4 lb Shipoo & she means the world to us...she came out looking great & wasnt shivering with fear! Staff seems more like family & I personally love to see that. The amazing Juice Bar is right next door too...win win!

Going to Earthwise is such a pleasure. They are very friendly and always helpful. Something I have really appreciated are the suggestions they offer me about things I havent considered yet like natural ways of getting rid of parasites. And all the more natural foods they have available that they have researched themselves tip make sure they are actually good for your pet.

I just got off the phone with them about taking my goldendoodle here for grooming and the woman I spoke with was very rude! I asked for a 4 oclock appointment and she went off about how thats late for the tired groomers to groom a 60 pound dog! How about just ask me to pick an earlier time? Or change the hours of operation!

What a great place! So many healthy choices for my dog and cats and they really do care! They make recommendations to help and it works! They go out of their way to make sure everything is right and customers are happy. I loved the groomer who takes such good care of the dogs. I love this place!

My Border Collie was in for grooming. They ignored what I told them to do. The shaved him bald. One of the other dogs, a King Charles was so chopped up, it looked like she hadnt been groomed for months. We have three dogs, and we will never go back there again.
