terrible store, employees know nothing about the care of the animals they sell. when asked about a bichir (a fish featured on river monsters, they can grow to be over a foot in length and eat everything) they tell customers that it will do great in any tank, with any fish. disgusting. they keep a betta in a little 1 gallon bowl with one sharp plastic plant as an example of a great home for bettas. absolutely revolting, bettas are tropical fish that need 5+ gallons and heater and filter with soft plants that dont tear their delicate fins. never shopping here again, their care is awful and they dont know anything about the animals, but theyll answer like they do just to sell them. goodbye.

I wish I could give the grooming department 0 stars. I took my 3 month Italian greyhound to get her nails trimmed. They first put her in a restraint that was too loose so she squirmed (because she is a puppy) and almost fell off the table twice, if that wasnt enough the woman cutting her nails turned her back while my dog almost fell off the table again. She also cut one of the nails too close and she left bleeding. They started to file them and I just told her to give my dog back. Will NEVER be going back. Careless and neglectful service in my opinion.

Went this afternoon , this pet smart experience was great!!! All the employees were so friendly and helpful from the bull buffalo guy(who went completely out of his way to get me help!!) to the cashier!! I signed my pup up for training with Ken whom I must say was very very knowledgeable and confident he could help us with her behavior issues!! I walked out saying to my husband how nice and welcoming Everyone was!! Im looking forward to starting classes soon!!! Thank you for such a great experience pet smart!!

Compare prices with Publix especially on Temptations which are $1.75, right now buy 1 get 1, and walmart always at $1.50 - Petsmart does not match prices. I found a product Petsmart sells for $23 that Amazon sells for $14 free delivery with Prime. Some things in this store may be okay, but overall they are high priced which baffles me how a store that buys in bulk fails to pass the savings to us the consumers. Very disappointed. They refuse to match online prices which means their business model is poor.

Helpful staff, great grooming services and are mid priced and the Banfield vet are good and have longer hours and are open weekends . Only criticism I have is that they charge extra at the grooming on Thursday Friday and Saturday and Sunday , they call it the weekend surcharge. Last time I checked the weekend should only be Saturday and sunday. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
