Went into finish line at the Macys in Aventura mall after being told that I could exchange an item that I purchased on line from finish line. Only to be met by the worst employee ever. Im standing on line behind a lady and her little girl who had to put up listening to an employees conversation on his speaker phone with the use of profanity. Total disregard to us customers in store right in front of him. All this time he is behind the cashiers desk. The other other employee was just laughing at his antics. If you say you are finish line and dont except items from finish line whats up with that. And if this the quality of the employees you have working for you if leaves allot to be desired. And Id you question Aug why I didnt say something to someone in store I did to the other employee behind the counter who couldnt explain why. I am also a heart transplant recipient who just didnt want to go through all the stress with them trying to explain it. I must say it left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I dont think I will be using finish line anytime in the near future.
