the place itself is amazing. I find shoes online, have them delivered to the store in just a few days, if I need to. the most terrible thing about this place, is whats wrong at most places... a lack of respect from mgmt to staff. I was inside the store for about an hour earlier today. I was in the back of the store and I could hear this lady giving another employee attitude. she was pointing up at the camera telling everyone the camera was right there and that they were all being watched all the time. as one of them walked by, she raised he voice and continued to bullying. As I was in the checkout line, looking at wallets, this lady was being very rude to another employee behind the desk. I was leaving in my car when an employee walked by. I asked who that lady was. management. of course. it wasnt hard to figure out who she was. Cynthia, if youre reading this, be thankful. be grateful. get over yourself and be a good leader. you sounded like youre a terrible human being.

Its like Costco.... but for shoes. Some bags and scarves and socks, but mostly..... shoes. So many. So pretty. Fancy stilettos to running sneakers and everything in between. And they have a great clearance!
