Most horrible customer service. Question if they are truly licensed to sell the brands they have on the shelf. Purchased a pair of Timberland driving shoes, the seam tore after one wearing. Live in Tampa, spoke to the owner Drew via telephone, he said he would make good .. returned three weeks on business with shoes on next visit to Fort Lauderdale, refused to exchange or give credit towards a purchase of a different pair. Lied on the phone to me ... buyer beware ...

Buyer Beware!! Bought a pair of sandals in February. Wore them twice and they broke within the first week. The owner, Drew refused to give me credit, but offered to send to a local shoe repair shop. Ive been waiting 3 months & still havent gotten the sandals back. I have left many messages but Drew does not return my calls.

I returned a pair of shoes for exchange for a larger size. They took the shoes and said they would call when they received my size. They called but before I could get to the store they sold them to someone else even though I had paid for them. They did not know when they would get more but refused to credit my credit card.

The store manager was so awful to me just now, tried to return a pair of shoes I had never worn and had the receipt, she mentioned a one week return policy which itself is insanity, she got upset, raised her voice and made a fool of herself in front of another customer. Life is too short... Ughhh!!

Sales people are a joke. They do nothing but get shoes. Bought a pair of vibrams and they would not help get them on. When I obviously needed help. A guy who was a customer came over to help. I detest crappy customer service.

Staff was amazing every time Im on vacation its the second place I go to the first place is my hotel but seriously great inventory and a lot of good stuff.

I went there to get a couple of Vibram Five Fingers. The staff is the most amiable and helpful you could possibly find. Ill buy from these guys anytime.
