Bought a pair of sandals 8/18/2017, they fell apart. 8/19/2017 returned the item and was told the owner would contact me on Tuesday for a resolution. I said ok and bought another of sandals due to having an event to go to the next day at church. The zipper literally came apart while I was walking. Tuesday came, no call. 10 days later ( 8/29/2017) I call the store just for the Manager Mike to say the owner said there is nothing they can do for me. I go to the store and picked up the sandals to take to my lawyer as of now I have 2 pairs of sandals that fell apart within 24hrs of buying them. $40 bucks out the window. Its really sad because when I brought the sandals in there were additional sandals from another customer that was brought in for the same reason. This company is horrible! If you walk in you will notice MAYBE 1 or 2 customers may be in there shopping but outside of that, there will always be parking and they will never be busy because there customer service sucks the quality of the shoes suck and there is never REAL management around to provide a realistic resolution to any problems. The owner will never give u a refund, or an exchange ( not that I would want an exchange). BEWARE OF THIS STORE LOCATED ON 441 IN LAUDERDALE LAKES!!

I was driving home with my husband and saw the shoe store and of course being a woman who loves shoes, made him stop in to see what they have. I love it! Not only did I walked out with 3 pairs of shoes and sandals but my husband walked out with 2 pairs for him as well. They carry a great selection of different types of shoes, sandals, boots, for women, men and children. Definitely a great place for the entire family. Most visit.

I purchase a shoes on friday and i took it home, the shoes didnt fit me well so i returned it to exchange the manager didnt want to take it while talking to him he ignore me by picking up a phone call without saying excuse me continue talk and i was still standing for like 30 minute until i told him im about to call corporate for the way the treat their customer i was disrepected by the supervisor

They have nice shoes, the prices are a bit expensive but the shoes last...the workers are not friendly but there dont hassle you unless you come in 30 min before closing
