HONESTY HERE (you dont find this in Miami...): Our car had a squeak, which sounded like a belt going bad (the car had 60k miles, so made sense). We started at Goodyear across the street and they told us that our AC compressor was bad: $1400. This didnt make much sense so we took it by this Firestone and he the service rep told us belt and tensioner: $350. They werent happy with the diagnosis so they took a deeper look (on theyre own time) and found out it was actually a pebble lodged in the AC compressor cover. Final cost: $10. This is very rare to find around here. I dont write many reviews like this, but this was exceptional. THANK YOU FIRESTONE DADELAND :-)

Paid to have Tires rotated and alignment done. I marked the tires with a pen to make sure it was being done. After I paid I checked and the tires were still in the same place then before. The young Cuban mechanic started arguing with me that he did rotate the tires. LIARS!!!! (I did get a refund from manager)

They lost my tire lock nut, they dont said anything and I drive for two weeks until I find out the one nut is missing, I go back and I have to go myself to the dealer the get another set, they paid for it, but since like it they dont care...Dont go there is a mess...

I had a great a experience at this store, they were very quick on their work. The reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because my tires are rated for 35 PSI and the inflate them with 45 which can damage the tires in the long run.
