Love this store (@Crafton) COMPARED to the Bridgeville location. Honestly, I am 100% a girly girl and well, NOT a gearhead & I dont know what fluid goes where. Bridgeville employee said he does NOT refill the fluid after I bought it there but employees at Crafton are ALWAYS willing to help out after my fluid purchases! Yeah, Crafton. Boo, Bridgeville.

completely rude customer service everytime i go to call there to see if they have a part for my vehicle they pick up the phone and hang up before i can get a word in. my guess is these guys dont know a thing about cars anyway and would just give me the wrong part. so ill go somewhere else

Went for what I thought was a dead battery. Guy tested the battery and said I didnt need one. Cleaned the terminal and spayed protectant on it for free and after a jump didnt have any problems again. Good staff!
