I live in Boca Raton, i drive from Glades Road to this location cause i feel the quality of parts is there. But i have to say their customer service is terrible. If you call your always placed on hold you can never figure out what they say before your placed on hold cause most times their busy inside and are frustrated by picking up the phone period. Then when u get a guy on the phone they rush you and their patients is thin. Today i called and waited for 10 mins before i was helped, i didnt even know if i called the right place cause the person whom answered the phone wasnt clear at all. When i did speak to a person there whom name was Neil, i gave him the info he needed, he asked me a question but i didnt know if he was speaking to me or a customer inside i hesitated to reply and then it happened, Neil decided to scream. I asked him why he was screaming and he replied because i didnt answer him.. I have never been screamed at by any customer service in my life. when i asked for a manager he said call back in the morning. i asked for a name he said ask for Kenneth. i tried calling back not believing their wasnt a manager on duty when i called and asked the managers name was Neil.. Go figure same guy that screamed at me. With this said i went to auto zone and bought the parts i needed. Great ROI Neil!!!

So I bought a car starter here and as I made the purchase the manager told me that if I were to bring the old car starter I will get X amount of dollars reimbursed. I came back the next day and brought the old starter and instead of reimbursing me for having return the old part, they charged me! I realized this mistake a couple of hours later and came back and they "supposedly" fixed it right there and "gave" me the $ X back and "reimbursed" me my money. A week after this transaction was supposedly made nothing was reimbursed to me. As I went and I inquired about this transaction with the manager, he was extremely rude, as if I was asking for money that was not mine, when in fact it was them who do not know how to do transactions. I then took it to the District office and the Customer Service was even worse. I dealt with the stores manager, with the financial manager, and with the district manager and they were all no help. This whole transaction and wasting of my time took more than a month, so believe me YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE TREATED RUDE LIKE THIS BY ANYBODY, AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO WASTE YOUR TIME FIGHTING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS YOURS. MY WORSE RECOMMENDATIONS GO TO BENNETT AUTO SUPPLY!

My previous post had the title, “Defective attitude and deficient customer service”. I am changing my opinion about Bennett Auto Supply. Today I walked in there for a hard-to-find part. I expected the same old crappy attitude, but to my surprise, when I walk into the store, an employee noticed me within 20 seconds and directed me to another person who approached me with a smile and “How may I help you sir”. He cheerfully tried to find the part which they could not obtain. But that’s OK, they did what they could to help. Perhaps they are under new management, maybe their salary increased, who knows? I told the rep. that this was my first time in here in 4 years because of rude customer service. I went on to tell him that I will be back because they were so helpful. So I am changing my rating from a 1 star to a 5 star. Keep up the good work Bennett Auto Supply and thank you for your helpfulness and pleasant demeanor.

I have been to this store several times and felt that the service was lacking, However, I have been dealing with Robert Reggio JR.on my last few visits and he is absolutely very professional. It is nice to deal with someone so knowledgeable and patient, I dont really know a lot about cars, so I appreciate that he takes the time to ensure that I am getting the right part. Customer service is bad but what do expect from an auto parts store. Parts are low quality part. Most part come from china and no parts come with lifetime warranty like autozone.
