Horrible service I went there last Sunday I just needed them to check my battery outside in my car they told me they couldnt come outside until they cleaned out the place I still for over an hour while people walked in and got service ahead of me and no one even said anything to me while I was standing there , and they continue to walk in and they finally I had to leave and this was the second AutoZone Ive been through with the same situation the first one is on Broward Boulevard near 441 the same thing happened they left me stranded outside and refused to come out and look at my battery saying that he was new and that he had to take care of the three customers that were in there when there were 3 people total working..... I have been to the Autozone on broad Boulevard near 441 more than one time and I have never had this service until I met these three people that were working that night they were horrible then I went to the one on Andrews off of Oakland Park and it was the best service in the world

I was unsuccessful returning a tool loan fuel pressure tester, at 7:45am, initially because "we dont have any money," and then, after explaining that the tool loan program involved a credit card, because, "we have too many," of the tool. It is frustrating that a brick an mortar store sheds its only advantage over online retailers by shedding its only advantage--convenience.

The guys here were great. I told a young man with a Jamaican accent about my cars mileage going down. He had two suggestions and I followed them. Car is working just great. Nice to know somebody out there knows what theyre doing.

Great service once it is your turn! The place is busy, no surprise charges for ordering parts. Deliveries are on time, a great help when you really need a part or parts. Prices are about the same here as any other car parts store.

Went to get wiper blades replaced during my lunch break and the guy helped me find the right blades and he put them on in the pouring rain for me. These guys have excellent service and are friendly.
