You know, I dont mind catcalls and whistles when I am running, and I run past this store A LOT and have never had a problem....but today (7/22) between 8:45 and 9:45am, a man driving a NAPA van was turning left from Main Street into the NAPA parking lot and told me to "move" and "hurry up" to cross the parking lot. I dont care if he thought he was joking, it was inexcusable behavior. Not to brag or anything, because I didnt look to see who I was dealing with...but I can probably maintain a faster pace over 10 miles than he can over 100 yards. But Im not going to "hurry up" or "move" for anyone that behaves like that.

I like me some nappa these guys tend to know more about whats going on but they dont have as big selection of things I need as Thier competition does they do seem limited on outside products i.e cleaning goods smelly good stuff. If you made a hybrid store "nappa advanced auto"....bet you could get 5 stars

I deal with Bill frequently and he is usually one of the more patient and polite of parts store clerks Ive dealt with personally. I cant speak for the rest of the guys but everyone there from my experience is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My experiences have always been pleasant.

Nicest guys in town. Ive come in a few times with basic questions and they always seem to have the answer. I havent needed to make a big purchase yet but when I need to replace my brakes Im absolutely coming here to get my parts.

The guys here were quick and knowledgeable. In and out with my oil filter in a few minutes. Odd that they still have huge library of books up front though, with it being 2016 and all. Youd think it would be digital.
