Super unprofessional you walk in there and they dont greet you or offer help, once you find whatever you were looking for you have to wait for them to finish what theyre doing which in this case was writing down inventory. Customer are not priority in there. Hence i was the only customer there and i can see why.

Normally good customer service but tonight was worthless. I drove 10 min out of my way just to have the same experience. Seems like a pattern. Oh well. Going to try different auto parts store.

Everytime i call its hold on everytime ...so one day i called from inside the store and the guy puts me on hold and he didnt even have a costumer he was just standing there doing nothing
