I bought a defective battery from this store. It lacks the power to crank the engine. The store does not want to take it back - the battery has to be completely dead fro them to honor their return/replacement policy ... I had no issues with my previous battery until it died on my after my wife left the lights on in the car. Right after I replaced the OEM battery with cheapo advance auto parts battery, the car have been struggling to start. I have been using an external starter box to add power to the sh*tty battery I purchased from this store/company. I am very disappointed by advance auto parts products and their customer service.

My car battery was dead a neighbor charged it. I called Goodyear in Jupiter. Ive gone there for trs. Said close in a hr no time! I then called Pepboys . Told me all booked for nite! I calked Advance. Told me to come. Levi helped me. He checked my battery & put new one in in 5 min! Great customer service! A friend told me to go there. My son use to go there when he lived here. Tnanks Levi & Advanced Auto! I will be back & refer other people there. No one cares if u r a woman but they did!

surprised by the other review but my experience was not so great. waited 30 min to end up leaving because i had made little progress in line. there were 5 workers and roughly 15 customers. three employees were upfront while two hid in the back. two of the workers upfront were with the same customers for the 30 minutes i was there and the one employee left moved like molasses showing no care for his job or the customer, a little more sense of urgency please!

Customer Service is PRIORITY #1. I am NEVER disappointed with price or selection. Just ask and they can help in a multitude of ways. Batterys, Wiper blades, headlamp replacement, I offer a monetary gift($5_$10 dollars) when they help, but its not required, my hands stay clean and cut free. Worth it every time.

The have what i need most of the time but getting them to answer the phone an actually helping you when they answer lol good luck but there not as bad as the palm beach lakes one YET....

They are pretty good at this place. Occasionally you get an employee that is not top notch (thats why I gave 4 starts) but most of them are. I like the tool rental option.
