I went in today during the night shift and it was horrible. Ok. The donuts are delicious but unfortunately the service is not. The store was extremely dirty. The trash was overflowing, there was a coffee spill in the dining room area. Tables were sticky and the Cashier........Poor Cashier. I believe her name was Valeria, the poor girl was going around in circles taking care of the long line and doing cashier. She was SUPER nice and she apologized for the long way. SHE DID AWESOME , for being ALL ALONE AND THERE WERE 3 GIRLS JUST FOOLING AROUND BY THE DRIVETRHU AREA. NO MANAGER AT ALL. Like where was the manager? We were there for about 20-30 minutes and no one came to help the cashier. there was never a manager in the floor. That is not managing a store. I give cashier,Valeria, proms she handle it very well all on her own and those girls were just drinking and doing nothing. I have been in Costumer Service for over 15 years and this restaurant IS NOT ONE TO BE VISIT TWICE. That cashier need managers that appreciate and see the good work she does. OH WAIT....... THE MANAGER WAS NEVER ON THE FLOOR. IF IT WASNT FOR VALERIAS AWESOMEN COSTUMER SERVICE and the good donuts I would give you -0. In other words not even a single star. Those stars are for Valeria the cashier not the store it self.

As long time customer for years My last two experiences have made me not STRIKEOUT.SIX MONTHS AGO PURCHASED 2. Dozen DONUTS FOR A PARTY. I RECIEVED 3. DONUTS WITHOUT FILLING AND 21. DOUGHNUTS WITH ABOUT A TEASPOON OF FILLING.I WAS SHOCKED GETTING THROUGH HALF MY DOUGHNUTS AND HAVING NO FILLING. ALL DOUGH.DECEMBER 24/2016. 8:45 AM PURCHASED 6 DOZEN DOUGHNUTS FOR XMAS PARTY. ALTHOUGH HAD VERY HARD TIME BEING THIS WAS SMALL SELECTION. (VARIETY) I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS.TO TOP THAT THEY ONLY HAD FOUR SELECTIONS OF XMAS SPECIALTY DONUTS. BAAAH HUMBUG NO BLUEBERRY. NO CHEESECAKE. ETC ETC. I TOLD MANAGER SELECTION VERY DISAPPOING FOR THE SEASON AND THE RESPONSE WAS NONE. GO FIGURE AND FINALLY WHEN DONUT TIME CAME XMAS EVE I WAS SHOCKED THAT I HAD SAME EXPERIENCE AS PREVIOUSLY. NO FILLING IN MANY DONUTS. AND THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF FILLING IN OTHERS.WELL IF KRISPY KREME IS BEING COST EFFECIENTAT THE CUSTOMERS PRICE. $10 A DOZEN. DUNKIN DONUTS FILLS THEIR DONUTS WITH CREME ALTHOUGH NOT GREAT DOUGH BUT $6.99 A DOZEN AND PLENTY OF FILLING

While the donuts are good tasting and fresh, they turn sour in your mouth are experiencing the terrible service. The person specifically who attended us had a degradable attitude, getting annoyed even we asked to see the difference coffee sizes. When asking about another item, she pounded her fist against the counter, exclaiming she "didnt have the ingredients". Her attitude is one that belongs in the back of the house, not in the front where everyone will have the misfortune to experience her unpleasant demeanor.

I went in to get my free donut since I seen the light on and was handed a burning hot donut in my hand... granted they gave me a piece of wax paper but it was so hot it left my hand red and sore for days. Then on top of it they try and charge me for the donut and tell me that they dont do the free donuts! The supervisor was very ignorant and actually said "so" when I told her that the donut burned my hand. The store was infested with flies and bees totally NASTY! I will NEVER go to this krispy kreme again!!

The ladies and gents here are fantastic they make amazing donuts that melt in your mouth. I love when the hot light is on because I know the donuts are perfection. The specialty donuts for the holidays are so whimsical; you must try them. And if youve never had an apple fritter theirs are fantastic. But they are even better with chocolate milk on the side which they can provide you with because they have a delicious selection of drinks, both hot and cold.

I love this store. They have such great service. When we visited, the staff was super patient and made sure to give us warm freshly baked donuts. The manager also took time from his work to talk to customers and really made us feel welcome in the store. Such a treat to experience outstanding service, watch the whole process of the donuts being baked and eat warm delicious donuts. Definitely should visit if you need a perk me up anytime (:

So inappropriately delicious! Wow. The kids of any age will love watching the assembly line. Coffee is pretty amazing. People are nice. And now...heed my advice and ask for the classic glazed donut as it comes off the end of the belt and onto your hand then straight into your mouth. If youve never tried it, once you do your life will change. If youve tried it then youre probably grabbing your car keys right now. Enjoy.

Because it was later we had to go through the drive through. Being the only car there was no rush for the confusion they had. Speaking fluently and loud enough to hear, they asked us to repeat several times and laughed at us repeatively THEN gave us the wrong type of coffee after asking what it was a 100 times. Terrible customer service and if I could Id give them 0 stars.

I only come here 2 times a year (Donut Day - 1 Free Donut, and Pirate Day - Up to 12 FREE Donuts!), as the donut flavors are pretty average and prices are not affordable for me (Still wayyy cheaper that DK Donuts). Still, I see people that love the morning coffee there, and if that gets them started well, its worth a visit ;)

I dont know the employees name, but just now at 9:50 pm on May 21st, the employee working the drive-through window had the worst attitude ever. She basically threw the box of donuts at me. I know we all have bad days, but this is the second time that the same employee does a terrible service when I come through.

Last time I went there the service wasnt to my liking. Trying to get an opinion on product was awful and the employee didnt seem happy working there, which reflected on me not purchasing anything. Since this location is tourist based, they forget that residents like myself wont provide repeat business.

Yum Yum YUM! Nothing better than a warm glazed donut! Clean, lots of assortment, yummy hot donuts! Good coffee too. We are from Wisconsin, no Krispy Kremes, so we wait patiently for January and February to roll around so we can have our treats! A warm donut is one step closer to heaven!

Came in, "hot donuts now" sign was on. Very slow service. By the time they were going to serve us, they didnt have any hot left. Not accomodating at all. Sad, they must have lost 5 or 6 dozen worth of business between us and my sister-in-law and another family there.

This is the first Krispy Kreme my ten-year-old daughter seen, Not only was she able to see the donuts being made but they allowed her to pick the ones that she wanted off the conveyor belt prices are reasonable compared to donut shops and the people were very friendly
