This has to be by far the worse walmart in all of walmart history and locations. After 10 pm on a daily basis this walmart location becomes just the most absurd place of business anyone can possibly imagine, even when the ridiculously long lines become unbearable to wait in, the walmart staff does absolutely nothing to help out the situation. The manager of this particular shift could not be any less helpful to the fact that there are lines wrapping around the isles and customers are waiting in the checkout for over 25 minutes. The manager in charge on Thursday July 20th, 2017 at 11 pm was extra rude, and so unprofessional that leaves one wondering how she ever managed to make it this position of customer service. The lack of education, common courtesy and managerial skills from this individual was astonishing, one expects bad service and long lines when shopping at walmart but in comparison to other walmarts I frequent this shift under this management for this location receives a big fat "F" from a consumers point of view.

Big store, huge selection of products but the customer experience is not the best. Is loud, personel is not very detail oriented in terms of cuatomer service or attitude towards clients in general. I didnt have phone signal inside the store, the self check out station ask you to confirm if you dont want to bag each product you scan (who cares!!!), the station doesnt allow you to scan more products if something is missplaced on the bagging tray... and i was walking around the parking lot for 20 min because i could not find my car. I think walmart focus on price and not in the customer experience. It is good in one hand... but could be much better if they fine tune some details to improve the customer experience.

This place is great if you are shopping once in awhile here. As a regular customer you might want to be careful. I had a very traumatizing time in this place. All I can say is they have no respect for the customer whatsoever. The store manager the department managers down to the supervisors and especially their security dont like it when you show up here a lot. I talked to a lot of customers who came here and they had similar problems with the store. This would be the last Walmart I would go to. Only reason why Im telling you now so that you stay away from this Walmart was one day they might surprise you and not in a good way.

This Walmart is better than the surrounding Walmarts, but that certainly doesnt sat much about it. The parking lot is a danger for vehicles and pedestrians alike. Look for your shopping cart here, as there is always a plethora available. The store is a typical Walmart. Dont expect many open lanes with cashiers. Do expect customers that havent come into the century yet clogging up the self-checkout area. Given that this area is less dangerous, Id advise going later than usual, as you are better off trying to dodge the stocking team than interacting with the customers.

Es un sitio muy frecuentado se mueve mucho la mercancía en ocasiones no encuentras lo que buscas Abre las 24 horas pero en la noche encuentras los pasillos llenos de mercadería para surtir los anaqueles prefiero ordenar en la internet y recogerlo en la tienda muy conveniente

Always clean and organized. Some of the employees are very rude and will not help you. I left a bag at the turnstile and didnt realize it until I got home. When I got back to the store, the short lady in the yellow vest with the bad braid job was annoyed and impatient because I was interrupting her conversation with her friend. The manager was kind and helped me out. Most of the employees are respectful and kind. The inventory is not as broad as the Florida city Walmart, but the Florida city Walmart is nasty, dirty.

Terrible customer service. I was looking for packing boxes, the shelf where the boxes I was looking for were stocked with the wrong box. The customer service counter told me the boxes I was looking for showed 37 in stock, and that I needed to find the employee in that section. Once I found her and asked her to help me find them, she looked around briefly, shrugged her shoulders and went back to stocking shelves. Needless to say I dont shop here anymore.

Great friendly service. We have other Walmart stores located closer to us but we choose to drive the extra miles because of the friendly service and helpful staff. The isles are spacious and it has a huge selection of variety fresh produce. This store know the secret of retaining loyal customer while other vendors are missing out...why choose to go elsewhere. Congratulations fot a Great Staff providing an elite customer experience.

Same as most other WM locations throughout the country, however management should pay more atttention to staffing professionalism and scheduling at this location. Rudeness seems to be the standard therr, and the checkout lines are looong all the time. Should you be there late be ready for one single register open with dozens of buyers spending good part of their night making the line there.

Es bastante grande como suelen ser la mayoría de los Walmart. Se accesa por la Turnpike saliendo en la salida 6, enseguida se cruza a la izquierda y luego en el próximo semáforo lo encontraran.

This walmart is pretty convenient to get anything at late hours or just a last minute purchase. Usually towards midnight and the early hours, they only have a couple of registers open so be ready to wait in line. Other than that the staff is very glad to help you. Every question is answered with a smile and the store is kept clean at every moment.

You can always find someone willing to help you if needed. And a lot of the employees will greet you with a good morning, which is nice. Downside , I went to buy a water hose for the lawn they werent selling any. youre lucky if theres a cashier at the Nursery. Calling the store for information, forget about it its a total waste of time.

I despise going here. Its a necessary evil sometimes but every time it never fails that the employees including management are unprofessional, usually yelling across the store or having loyd conversations that include profanity. The store is never properly stocked, poor inventory management. A last resort for sure.

This Walmart is a lot nicer than the one off US1 in Homestead. Service is a lot better overall. There are not nearly as many people either. The selection is quite a bit smaller though. The store overall is about half the size of the other Walmart. It gets the job done when your in the area though.

Walmart is a great place to shop theres many items that you might not be able to find another stores that they do have so it is a very nice place to shop the staff was professional and very friendly and they will take you to an aisle if youre looking for a particular item they will help you.

Different type of Walmart. Wider aisles and super organized. Every time I walk in, there is always someone there to greet us. You can not avoid the long lines at any Walmart but if you have to endure it then they should all have the kind of environment and staff supplied at this Walmart.
