3rd week trying to get ahold of somebody for assistance on our rent. Finally got through after making 265 calls later only to be told our income is to low for them to help us. Even though we are slowly catching up we still may end up homeless with our 3 kids under the age of 6. Thanks for not having faith in people Mustard Seed. This is not to mention that we went to get food assistance and told that they had none to give because it was 2 hrs past the time the give assistance yet a family walked out as I was leaving with boxes full of food. I feel discriminated against due to favoritism. When I get on my feet I will never give to these people nor advise anyone else to.

Great thrift store for all your needs. Visit frequently because items change often. There are specials every day check the front desk. Mustard Seed has a food pantry that is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. you do not need to show identification just show up. You get a bag of groceries, a meat and a bread item. If they have something special they will share it with you. They also have hygiene items if you need them. Mustard Seed also provides Social Services for families in St Lucie County that are in a crisis but can also show that they are able to sustain if given assistance this one time. Its nice they help people, but Things there in the store are over priced. I mean a hotel donated about 6 couches in nice looking condition but they wanted 100$ for each smh. I would never buy a couch that has been used by 1000 people, and all the dishes and kitchen tools are in horrible condition and i wouldnt pay more then 50cents for it but they mark it up for 5dollars. Im sorry its like a high priced yard sell.

This is a wonderful thrift store. We live in Vero but whenever we go to Ft. Pierce, we go into this store. The people are nice, store is large, location is good and the prices are fair for a thrift store. I am glad it is there. My husband and I go to many thrift stores and this is one of our favorites.

Dont bother with pick up unless your furniture is in pristine condition...they failed to tell me this up front. Always schedule a back up truck.
