I shop at the family dollar off of prima vista blvd, psl FL EVERYDAY!!!! The staff is absolutely amazing!! They all know me and my husband because we are daily customers so they greet us with much respect, always help us if we need assistance with finding anything, they know I come in for cigarettes every day so when i get to the register after shopping every employee always asks if Im smoking today and they already know which brand and type of cigarettes i buy. They are so wonderful!! They keep the store extremely clean and always stocked on items that I buy regularly. They helped me register and get Smart Coupons on my phone and every single employee that works at this location is so pleasant, respectful, helpful and an absolute delight!!! They all make the Family Dollar stores look good if someone was to base their experience at Family Dollar from this location. I can not stress enough how wonderful your employees are at this store!!! Great job with hiring these employees. They make me feel so comfortable and all of them always have a pleasant conversation with me when I go to check out. I would give this Family Dollar 20 stars if I could!!! Hands down the best employees Ive ever came across at a general store. Theres a Walgreens right across the street and my husband and I specifically continue to give business to this Family Dollar on a daily basis!!! Absolute great job!!! Every employee in this store deserves a raise because theyre so phenomenal with how they treat their customers and keep the store clean and stocked. Ive never walked in and seen an employee just standing around doing nothing. All of them are always working hard. Could not be more satisfied with any other store but this Family Dollar!!!

My first visit was nice, the prices were fair and the staff was pleasant. Not so much so tonight. Once I was up for check out the cashier Elizabeth was upset that I had a full cart of goods to purchase. I told her thats why the companies stock was currently at $78.87 per share. Clueless to what I was saying, she proceeded to make remarks such as "got the munchies much" which was down right disrespectful. I said no, not at all, these items are for the kids lunches. Then she complains that she cant keep track of what she checked out and didnt check out because she is in a rush to finish. I expect at least respectful personal when shopping at a company I personally hold shares in. We are the investors that drive this company. God Bless and Happy Holidays.

Location is pretty busy & poorly staffed, but the employees do what they can. This is a result of corporate greed where they are cutting labor everywhere to make a buck. I feel bad for the employees & managers because they try hard. Unfortunately, the customers just pick things up & dont put things back resulting in a mess.

I love family dollar but i cant believe i spent 5 dollars on ear phones that broke within two weeks. Theyre toilet has issues dont use it even if its an emergency honey unless you dont care to flush. you have to pull the chain..yeah...
