Very poor customer service. I understand corporate policies, however being helpful and respectful to the customer should not be compromised by those policies. The experience I had with how they handle customers was unfavorable. Actually, it was infuriating. Good products, prices are what you would expect anywhere else, so I will never do business there again.

It seemed kinda sparse for items other than tackles and the like. Employees seem to have good knowledge of the products though.
