If I had the option of giving this place ZERO stars I would , I literally was waiting in deli for more then 25 mins for some cold cuts they only have 2 girls working the deli when I went to Jackie @ the money order section she gave me the excuse that everyone is getting cold cuts at this time & thats why it was just a long wait she DIDNT EVEN apologize . I understand we just went thru a hurricane but this is ridiculous. I Spoke to the deli supervisor Claudia and she had the excuse she was under staff and she had to be in the back to receive the trucks. If you know you are understaffed have someone else received the trucks. Claudia was not a help she as well did not apologize for having a customer waiting in line for more then 25 minutes. I will NOT be shopping at this publix anymore. Employees need to fix their attitude towards the customer. !!!

Públix es un mercado donde se puede visitar con mucha frecuencia por la calidad de sus productos y atención al cliente , yo les recomiendo haga sus compras en publix y no se preocupe por sus gastos ellos se encargan de poner sus especiales lo que hacer una mejor calidad de vida , ah sus productos orgánicos son fantásticos

The only convince using this Publix is that its close to where I live. Honestly, the staff seems stressed out all the time which trickles down to the customers. The deli is usually understaffed causing major waits. The hot deli has the same menu daily....you can set your watch by it, very boring! The lottery counter is manned in between the other lengthy services such as those western union transfers. This is not one of their better branches.

Ive been shopping at this Publix for over 40yrs. The changes gets better and better. Every business has its problem but, this location aims to please. Went to grab lunch. They were in the middle of shift change in the Deli. Talk talk talk talk....... We left! A manager from another dept. came out to the park lot an apologize. Who knew the service could be so, GREAT!

I find Prices are too High and Service Levels are kind of Low. Very little eye to eye interaction and most cashiers and customer service reps talk amongst each other without regard to clients they are attending : ( I use Publix as a back up, but not as a primary grocery shopping store. I rather go farther to get a better deal : /

Honestly this place sucks the cashiers are rude especially one of them named mildred who obviously posted on here giving her store a 5 stars who wrongly gave me my change back and even complain to the store Manager who seemed to not give a damn the prices are ridiculously high and usually out of stock of everything

These are the nicest people in any Supermarket Ive ever been the people at the deli are great the food is great everything is really awesome and everybody just pays so much attention to the clients its incredible. Wont be shopping anywhere else. Way to go Publix.

This is the worst publix Ive ever been to. Costumer service sucks no one speaks any English. Everyone is mad the deli area is ALWAYS congested I wish there was a closer publix. I suggest you order ahead of time and pick up on your way to get your groceries.

The cashier spoke English to me at the beginning of greeting . I dont remember how long its been since this store said good morning or good day. Maybe because i could pass for Spanish. Yet, i felt good to here my American language. She did good.

Ive been to better publix. This ones selection was minimal, and the brands/ingredients seemed lower quality. Also the parking lot is way to small and narrow, not to mention it was randomly packed full of shoppers at 8pm on a Tuesday night.

Good solid bilingual staff, buy one get one free offers every week, staff helps me find what I need. It doesnt have as much variety as Publix Miami beach but the selection is great and more adjusted to the common clients in Hialeah

Been shopping here for 12 yrs. They switch management too much not a good thing. Some employees are very helpful some arent. Overall its just convenient to come here but this location has changed for the worst unfortunately

Made the least favorite on my list with all the unnecessary changes. New pharmacy plan is wrecking the place I tell you. So inconvenient to look for something now that I had to walk out the door with what I could find.
