My one hour experience talking to a salesman at this store was surreal. I wanted a post paid plan and the salesman kept showing me go phone plans until he finally got it. I had talked to ATT customer service on they phone and they had told me there were three post paid plans available to switch from my ATT go phone plan, but if I wanted to keep my current cell phone number I had to go to an ATT store. I had chosen the plan I wanted when I talked to ATT customer service on the phone and told the salesman the cost, which was $10 under what he was quoting me. He looked for the plan I wanted in his tablet and showed me a page that had just the amount but little other information. I asked for a copy of the contract, either written or on a web site. He said he didnt have it. I asked to see a supervisor. The supervisor told me the contract was 150 pages long and I would see it after I agreed to the services! I asked him if I would get a credit for the $82 balance in minutes I had in my current account. He said yes. I asked if it would show in the contract I would get. He said no, in my first bill they would credit me. I asked him if he would put that in writing in his contract. He said he would and left. Then I asked again the salesman to show me the specifics of the plan in his tablet. I told him he had found the bottom line, so he must be able to locate the plan. After looking for quite a while in his tablet he excused himself and I saw him talking to another supervisor. He came with that supervisor who I expect would show me the plan on a web site. Instead the supervisor told me that my minutes would not be credited and I would have to use them all before switching plans. At that point I left convinced that the thing to do after I used my prepaid minutes was to run as fast as possible from ATT and get a different carrier.

I placed an online order with ATT the day before yesterday through another store but that store was closed and when I called the 1800 number and the miracle mile store to see what other options they can offer me they said to cancel the order and re-do it using the Miracle mile location because they had the phone I want in stock. I canceled the order and placed the order again but did not get a confirmation at all and no one picks up the phone over there so I decided to drive over because I am without a phone due to the storm and I am in a haste at this moment. When I get there I get taken care of by a women with long straight black hair wearing a grey shirt and black pants with no name tag. She takes my online order number and said there is nothing on her system and goes back to verify. When she arrives back she said there is nothing yet and that if I wanted I could re do the order again at the store, re check the credit and then call the 1800 number to cancel again because they cant cancel there but I would have to wait for the people ahead of me. When I ask her what is the waiting time she replies, I dont know. If I decided to wait till my order is processed instead of cancelling what is the expected time of arrival? She replies, I dont know. I called the 1800 number again to see what options I have and what else could I do. They want me to go back to the store to resolve the issue or CANCEL at the store because they cant do it. Remember I had cancelled over the phone the previous day and the store said they cant make cancellations. This company may have been a great company back in its golden years but clearly at this moment it is run by unqualified primates or middle eastern call centers. Customer service is not their priority, their priority is to make the sale!

Horrible!! Expect lies on ur face, worst customer service & much more. I went there since I wanted an Internet connection after moving to coral Gables. On my first visit, I was offered a service for 29.99 a month with 50$ gift card once I pay two cycles. I gave him my SSN to run my credit n after 1 hr, he told me that the system couldnt verify my credit since it was Sunday. So i set up an appointment for next day am. On my second visit next day, I was told that the lowest offer I could get was 36.99. So i said no, I wanted to see the same guy they I saw the previous day n luckily he was starting his shift at 2 pm. So i set up another appointment with him. On my third visit, I was told that the guy just went on his lunch break so i have to come back in an hour if I wanted to see the same guy. So i went there for the fourth time and guess what the guy is still on a break and the other guy says I could not get that 29.99 a month deal. I sat there for 1 hour waiting for that guy who offered me 29.99 deal. And after 1 hr of sitting there, I could not see him because he was still on a lunch break. I wonder how many hours do they spend eating their lunch. 2 hrs!!! Wow!! Just blatant lie on ur face!! I could not see him on that day and had a little fight so finally they agreed to give me that 29.99 deal but without 50 dollars gift card thay I was offered initially. But i agreed since I wanted the Internet very bad. I has been more than a week now but still waiting for Internet connection. In brief, horror customer service with blatant lies and exploitation of ur need. I would give negative 5 if I could.!! So good luck folks if u have to go there.

These thieves lie to you to get kickback and credit for lines they sell to you. The apes that work here are clueless about the plans - you can hear it in their slow pathetic half baked speech. I didnt want to come here because of reading the terrible reviews, but I had no choice since I only got 30 mins off work and this was close to me. The manager lied to me to my face when he told me he added notes to my account about our conversation for getting $300 dollar credit for Direct TV if I switched over from Tmobile. I called customer service a few days later to find out if that was true and guess what!! - no notes and I do not qualify for a promotion! I hope these scavengers all get fired and never find a job again. Lesseon learned - always listen to the reviews. UGH.

Simply unacceptable that this store has the name of AT&T at its door! AT&T is a company that for many years had pride themselves is excellent customer service... After having issue with an order I placed online and already talked to "Customer Service " and was instructed to come here, the store was empty with a total of seven employees doing nothing and took them a while to decide which one was going to come to me. After only receiving excuses over excuses as of why they couldnt help me now I am seating outside with AT&T on the phone for over half hour and nothing. I am livid right now over 15 years as their customer paying more than $200 a month and I guess that does not have any value for them.
