SALES ONLY!!! Is what this location is and stands for!! Beware, if you want services with Sprint do not invest at this location! This location gives Sprint a bad name!! Great customer service to sell you a plan of head to toe aches!! First off, I was with Metropcs since the beginning and me and my husband started a small business that we wanted to start building credit for. Stopped in at this location since its conveniently across the street from where we lived and we loved the promotions they were offering. We wanted to be conservative and start inexpensively. This was a major concern for us since we are young entrepreneurs thats just starting out. We got the plan buy one get one with an S8+, S8, and one LG that was supposed to be free. We put down 200.00 cash. Within the same week of 4/29/17 of purchasing our plan/ phones we mustve stopped into this location 3 times die to our screen protectors not sticking properly. All a while tje salesman( OJ & Haratio ) kept tryin to convince my husband and I that we would save more money if we added 2 additional phones (J3 Galaxies) to our account. Our bill at the time was already 163.00 without ins/183.00 with ins. But they stressed that "our bill wouldnt go up, it would be better to get this promotion because we could get monery back with the prepaid visa cards we would receive to pay off the Galaxy J3 phones, and it would be a win/win." This all happened except it was a loss on me and my husband because our bill jumped from 163.00/183.00 to 220.00 that we were told we had to pay and we never received our visa card promotion deals! At this point I was still trying to find out what went wrong with my account and why was my bill extremely high. I called the store that I was working with at the Broward Mall several times and was finally able to get in touch with one of the salesman that helped to make a sale off me (Haratio) and explained the issues I was having with my account. He stated that he was in training for a manager position at another location and although he was going to also be off a few days he would still come in on his day off and take care of everything.. I appreciated this because I do understand that mistakes do happen ( this was right before Fathers Day)! He finally got back intouch with me that he spoke to a district manager and wad able to get everything resolved but I would still have to pay 220.00 because of the billing period. He stated that I would receive credits off my bill for having to pay the 220.00 but my bill for July would be extremely lower and he would get me in another promotion I qualified for 5 phones for 99.00. THIS NEVER HAPPENED! Instead my July bill was 200.41. Some credit right! So I went back into the store still trying to stay calm about this situation inly to get all smoke and no fire! I was told by Fanielle ( another manager at this location) that the promotions they were offering was correct but the info I was given was incorrect. He got on the phone with Haratio and a district manager and assured me that him, OJ, and the district manager will be away for the weekend at a training and as soon as they return this issue will get resolved. He gave me the option of down grading my two S8s that were already being used to 2 more J3 Galaxys to fix the issue or to go back to the 3 phones instead of the 5 phones ( thats currently now being used for my business) to lower my bill if everything else failed, He stated that they would be following up with me in 3 days to give me an update. He also stated that he was sending an email as we speak so this would be handled! This all happened last week Tuesday, Friday came and went without anyone contacting me, (even though, I still politely reached out twice with no response). And today is Monday and I am back to square one. Seems like everyone is avoiding me because my account was completely screwed up! I called Sprint directly and found out that my visa card promotion was never entered, and the 5 phones for 99.00 was denied due to being entered incorrectly. Sprint fixed my headache!

THE WORST STORE EVER! PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this store. The sales reps are there to ROB you NOT help you. They lied to me and put me on a two year contract for an additional line that costs me $20/month i never wanted making it seem like the mobile broadband device was part of my upgrade promotion and will cost me nothing extra on a monthly basis. When i realized the additional line on my 1st new bill i requested to terminate that line but since Im on a 2yr contact now i have to pay $200 as early termination. I spoke to the manager and he was no help. I was misinformed and hustled thats what this store is ALL about.

Went into this location after visiting Verizon and AT&T. My husband and I were blown away by the incredible deal we got. Even though we were very satisfied with our new phones, package, and rates we were more pleased with Austin, our sales associate. Austin worked with us for over 2 hours making sure we understood everything and that we got the best options possible. His manager was very professional and friendly too. Its so rare to find such excellent customer service from start to end. We highly recommend stopping in to see what Austin can do for you!

I have been with sprint for eleven years and what I love sprint, for there outstanding customer service. On July 11, I visited the sprint store just to check something on my phone. Nassim and Justin, provided the outstanding customer service by going above and beyond, the way a customer would like to be treated, due to that type of service I replace my two phones and I Pad. I cannot, Say no more of this type of service. Please take the time to recognize these outstanding associates.

I typically dont take the time to write reviews, but I have been so disappointed with other phone companies in the past and this was some of the best service I have ever received. The staff exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. They took their time, were extremely knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely love their jobs. Kudos to the management and staff for changing my opinion of phone companies! I will be a Sprint customer for life.

OJ the manager was AMAZING!! I came into the store after some confusion when initially signing up with Sprint… Of course like a normal human being I was very upset, but OJ sat and talked with me and helped me with all of my options to correct everything with my plan to get my account back in order… He even answered questions that the customer service lines couldnt answer for me. Very bad customer service at this store. Ive called the store quite a few time and nobody would pick up the phone. I went there and pre order the new Samsung 8 and wrong phone got given to me. When I called the manager OJ he wasnt able to help me with my issue and order the right device for me. Still dont know how a store mamager cant make sure a client since 2014 walks out happy. Coming MONDAY MORNING 4/17/17 to cancell my account with this carrier after 4 years.
