Horrible. this place is in the hood. not safe at all. then when you walk in there as an educated, hard working black woman they dont know how to provide you customer service. when i walked in there was some bald white guy in there trying to be security. the ghetto rude older woman at the register completely ignored me while she rung up like two customers. the item i was interested was behind the register, not once did she say ill be right with you. i waited there for about 15minutes until finally an asian man walked by me to put something away and i had to say excuse me do you work here, may i get some help? then he said, "what you need?" as if i was interrupting him. the last i checked i had the $$$$money and was going to buy something!! lol. once i look at what i wanted i politely told him no thank you b/c the customer service is horrible. i wont be shopping here unless i cant find it online or at another store.

On June 25 2014 someone working at this store ordered a lady and her service dog to leave. I urge the management of this establishment to train their employees about the rights of folks with service animals. There are questions you can ask... asking the person to leave is NOT one of them. Everyone else... walk with your feet and dont give your business to a company that kicks out a person with a service dog.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! I purchased sew in hair. The girl told me the curls would fall in soft waves. She have me wrong package and wrong hair!!! Went back and explained to manager he told me it was "my problem". Ive spent hundreds of $ here and will never buy anything again. They lost a good customer over a $60 pack of hair!!!

I purchase some crotchet hair but bought the wrong kind and the manager exchange them for me with no problems whatsoever and I didnt have my receipt. The one problem Ive notice is if u ask for something they just point it out to u but am not really bothered by that. I still shop there

The service here is terrible as ever. The girls in the front have attitude problems and if you need help finding something they just point you in the direction it is located in instead of helping you find it. Just awful customer service.
