This place was expensive I dont recommend this place u could go 4 minutes down the street to get depot for better quality hair that bot blend .I normally shop at hair depot for my hair where the quality of the hair match the price. I bought a Bobbi boss hair that wet and wave the lady behind the counter didnt no the price on the hair she had to call some man for the price or whatever Cause she didnt know it. She said she gave me a good deal cause his price was higher. I ask her for a 100% human hair which she said that was it, but wasnt it premium remi quality. Her price for hair she told me was 1 for $59. Or 2 for $69. So I said the two, but she didnt have anymore 12inch so I said Ill get the 14inch then. Then she said for it to be two more inch 2 for $89. That she gave me a deal. I left the store not satisfied I didnt feel like it was a good buy. And the main reason I came here cause the review big mistake. When got in the car I notice it said the premium quality after she said 100% human and said I cant return it. I was very upset with the quality and the price. I end up going to hair depot I saw the hair that I really want that wasnt process and was 100% human that one pack do your in had 3 size 10,12,14 for $59.now I Know after spend a $100 that wasnt even worth it.I would never go back there again. Ill stick to something else for a better buy.

I destroyed my natural hair and went here earlier today in the afternoon. The woman who assisted me displayed superior customer service skills. She was able to help me find the best wig for me. She was really oriented around my needs rather than just pushing a sale and got me into a wig much better than I planned to get when I walked in. I was more than satisfied with my purchase and when I went to work this evening I got tons of compliments on my hair from my coworkers.

My first time coming here. Its well kept but the young guy that works there was of no help. He had to FaceTime the owner to ask for prices, & he was more worried about losing money in his stocks than he was in trying to help me find things. I hope he continues to lose money. Customers come first.
