Their organization set up is confusing. Winding aisles rather than straight rows. As I looked for my chrichet pre-braided hair there was an awful smell. I thought the smell was coming from the man helping me. When I got the hair home I realized they must have been storing the hair for months wherever they cook or store spices. No returns. So, I washed the hair Three times. Left it to soak for hours. Finally, used a bleach detergent solution Twice. (5 washes and soaks so far). This faded the black and blonde color to almost silver/grey but the smell was still lingering. I sprayed it with SheaMoistures new hair deodorizer, then with straight Odo-ban (which works way better than febreeze for half the price at walmart). The smell still lingers. I have to spray it every day to be able to wear it. It was the only beauty supply store open til 9pm on Sunday. I didnt get to browse anything else in the store. I felt they wanted me in and out even though it was only 7pm. Their customer service was rough but they are also in a rough part of town. I also feel they buy an inferior brand of hair (at least for crochet braids) even though they charge more than Kathleen Beauty Supply (my preferred store). The unbraided ends of the braids were at least an inch long making the hair appear longer in the package but I had to feather trim all of those straight ends off, they looked bad. This is after 5 wash and soaks and overnight drying of the hair. Not going back. Will plan better next time.

The owner is extremely rude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. He threw the hair at my sister and I. He knew nothing about where his products were. Swore he didnt have it and then we found it. Hes lucky as LAW ENFORCEMENT I didnt press charges for throwing hair at me and shoving the bag at me. AGAIN GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Ive never been so disrespected at a hair store in my life and I was buying stuff for my wedding.
