If I could give a half of star I would! Went there today, sign in door says back in 10 minutes, waited for her with my 9 year old daughter. Of course kids are impatient and she said mom its been 10 minutes. The lady walking up worked for Sallys and was SO RUDE!! She became very nasty with her response saying its only been 10 minutes and she couldnt help us anyway unless we were paying cash because the register was down. That was not in the door and the matter on how she said things was totally out of line. If that is how they are going to be with customer service, I will NEVER go back!
