I have been there 4 times and every time I say I am not going back, they are IGNORANT AND RUDE. Every time you ask a question they look at you like your from another planet, and it is NOT because they dont speak English, they speak AND understand perfectly! They hesitate to answer you, act like they dont know what you are saying, then they pause, repeat your question like they are completely lost, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE PURCHASED SOMETHING NOT ONCE HAVECTHEY SAID THANK YOU! WTF is wrong with them, absolutely ungrateful business people. From now on I WILL be ordering online. The cost of shipping is WELL WORTH IT than to deal with some ignorant foreigners that act like customers owe them something. This is my first review, and I WILL be SURE to take the time to write reviews on EVERY local site I can! FU KELLYS NAIL SUPPLY.

Yes they carry a lot of nail supplies, but watch what you buy Make sure you check the seals on pedicures jar of different scrubs, lotions and more. They dont let you exchange or return. And acussed me of doing something to cause the issue with scrub. Anyway... Just be aware.

This store is for professionals only. If the owner seemed rude that could be the reason. If he was asking you what you wanted Im sure he was trying to help and possibly sounded rude due to a language barrier. Shopping there has always been a pleasure for me.
