Nice Looking store and thats about it. my husband has been playing soccer since he was 5 and has been training and coaching for 16 years. So he knows soccer and soccer shoes. When his cleats ripped he was looking one to replace them. He works near the store and wanted to take a look to see if they had anything comfortable to play in. After trying 2 shoes, my husbands was disappointed that the shoes he had his eyes on for a while were too tight and unfortunately the store didnt have a bigger size so he diceded not to buy. Now comes the reason for the one star. The girl who helped us sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes when my husband decided not to buy and told us flat out and with an attitude that we had waisted her time. Mind you she helped us for less than 10 minutes, the store was absolutely EMPTY when we entered and she wasnt doing anything. And when we left, there were 2 customers in the store and other people were helping them. I was so furious! What the hell was her problem? Never going back there again!

"I bought a shirt, decided to return it 10 days later, unworn & in the same condition I bought it. The store "manager" said no cash refund after 7 days, and exchange only within 2 weeks. When I bought the shirt, there was no sign displayed saying this. Poor "manager", said she would be yelled at if she refunded my purchase after 10 days. One of the owners was sitting behind the counter, when I asked if he was a manager, he said no, and directed me back to the "manager." Obviously didnt care about their customers, or even their future business. I ended up exchanging the shirt, but I will never be back. Sports Authority is getting my money now. Sports Authority has better selection, better prices, and better service.

Tried to sell me $130 nikes with blemishes in paint and glue smears. Come to find out that these are refurbished Nikes. I told him I wanted a refund they asked if I wanted to take a look at another pair I told him to bring out all of the sizes because I really wanted to shoes and they all had smears of glue and blemishes in the paint. Nike would never sell these as brand new shoes. I noticed that all of the Nikes were like that. Other brands such as New Balance Puma and Reebok did not have these glue or paint blemishes. Beware of the Nikes you purchase from the store.

I went in to purchase some shoes for my boys. There was no service, but the sales folks could walk around the premise looking busy. The music was blaring loud and I found that disturbing and hard to focus. I could not understand the sales assistant when she did come to help. Sorry, to spend $99 + on a pair of sneakers I need a little more loven than that. Thanks. I bought the sneakers on line plus some extras for less money. I would have 100% purchased the item in the store, had they not given me the need to look on line while shopping.

I was pretty disappointed walking as there is more clothes than actual sports gear. Almost everything is shoes. I went in looking for a mouthguard but could only find one overpriced Nike one. The rest of the mouthguards were for children. I expected more for a place called just for sports.

The best shoes store I ever Been . I bought a shoes form there and i lost my receipt, I went back after 3weeks and the manager was very nice and exchanged it for me without any problem ,he recommended a nike shoes for me and i love it, i highly recommend this store.
