purchased a new 2014 schwinn recumbent bicycle earlier this week... and after assembly at home.... found there was no power to the controller. spent considerable time double checking the assembly (to make sure the plug connections were all made correctly). called the winston salem store with A LOT of frustration and some despair. talked with store manager greg and he says... "just bring it back.... and well make it right"... no questions no hassles. i did so.... and so did they. V E R Y happy with the customer service... 5 stars/ A+++ many thx to: greg, cole and allen (top notch guys)

They had USED Pendlay Econ V2 Bumper Plates here that they were charging 1.5 times the price they cost NEW on the Pendlay website and when I asked the sales staff if this was an error, they looked at me like like I was stupid and told me I was wrong. I showed the employee the MANUFACTURERS website and he still didnt make any effort to satisfy this customer. Will not shop here again. Would not recommend.
