I had a few bad experienceshelping friends and once myself. This company doesnt differentiate between the metals it takes in, nor do they pay fair prices.All my aluminum was recorded as dirty despite not having any steel or screws in it. This company consistantly cheats its customers. When dropping off your metal you may frequently be told not to look at any of the metal there. I am suspicious that they knowingly accept stollen items and want to avoid police interaction by keeping people from finding out what they are up to. Should you still decide to take your metal there, know what you have. Type of metal, and weight. I am suspicious that there scales are inaccurate.They do not give you a weight ticket to take to the office.BEFORE YOU UNLOAD ANY METAL YOU MUST FIND OUT WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR WHICH METALS! I received less than half of what I expected for a huge pile of copper, brass, Stainless Steel and clean aluminum carport pans. I will never use this company again. I drive to Mims from Edgewater to use ERB recycling because the difference in receipts is worth the gas and the drive time.

Terrible customers service. They offered me $10 only for my 98 Honda Accord because I parted it out before bringing it to them. They want everything for as little as possible. Calling them a their is probably a very accurate statement. They will NEVER get my business again.

Love this place. They were very fair with my son when he brought his items in. Great customer service. They went the extra mile with my son and explained all of different metals and how best to clean them before bringing them in.
