Ordered something from their online store to be shipped here at the Deland store. When I got an email from them clearly saying the order was ready to pick up, I decided to go to the Deland bookstore and pick up my order. When I arrived, I waited in a long line and then asked about my online order. They went to their back room and came back saying they dont have my order. Walked into their office with one of the staff members, where they checked their computer, only to say the same. They tried to convince me that the order never arrived and was still on the way, even though the email clearly says that the order is ready to be picked up. They gave me some number for the Daytona bookstore and told me to call, even though thats their job as a customer service person to help their customers out. I called the Daytona bookstore to inquire about my order and they just basically gave me the run-around saying my order hasnt arrived and that it would take until Monday next week for it to arrive and call Deland on Monday. You would think Id get an email explaining there was a change in my shipment date but I didnt get anything and the only I wouldve ever known was from that call. Again, my email from them says the order is ready to be picked up. Im going to take a wild guess and say they gave my order accidentally to someone else. Very unprofessional. tl;dr version: Dont order things online-to-store from this school, they will mess your order up.
