This is one of the nicer looking JCPenneys that I have shopped at. I would love to give the salon a 5 star rating. I took both of my daughters to the salon for haircuts. Jessica and Kim both did an amazing job! The salon staff that we encountered during our visit were extremely nice. I wish I could say the same for the associates throughout the rest of JCPenneys. We were in the store and salon for a total of 3 1/2 hours. We were only greeted by one employee in the main part of the store the entire time we were shopping. Not once were we asked if we needed help. We shopped in 3 different departments, were right next an employee, but were not acknowledged. An employee had to move out of our way in order for us to look at some clothing and did so without saying excuse me, apologizing, or greeting us. The only reason we will be returning to this location is for the salon. Thank you to the salon employees for making us feel welcome.

Clients beware if you are a having a waxing done proceed with caution. People are way to cavalier about having this service done. I have been waxed by JC Penny from several years and have never encountered this issue before. About 4 months ago Tara waxed me and literally ripped my skin off, It is known as skin lifting, what I experienced was much more severe. On top of scars that never went away I developed a severe crease above my lip. I had a plastic surgeon tell me unfortunately there is very little you can do for this. So now I have scars and a deep crease above lip area. A trained esticiscion should really be performing this service because they solely deal with skin. My skin probably was not being held taught enough during wax procedure resulting in scaring and deep crease. I have not been back to salon and will never go again. Something like his never should have happened.

Beyond useless customer service! Placed an order online a week and a half ago, hear nothing from the store to say its arrived. Call after 5 days, am told its expected in 3 more days....call the day after the expected delivery day and without being rude these people dont seem to have the brains they are born with. No one can trace my order, put on hold for 10 mins, then get handed to a supervisor who I tell I placed the order online and she asks me 3 times yes I know you placed it online but did you come in the store and do it!!!!!!! No I did it online as I said!!!! For freaks sake. Am now told well it might be here in 2 days and I quote from Christine the "manager" I dont know what to tell you I dont know how it works.....last time I order from JCP, you all need some serious customer service training and develop some common sense and courtesy.

Welcome to JCPenny Prison. I waited 15 minuites in line while two very slow clerks rang up sales and processed returns FOR THE WHOLE STORE. I tried to complain to the manager who would NOT COME OUT OF HER OFFICE. A thought, process returns elsewhere..... I wil never shop here again, and will do a little dance when Pennys GOES BANKRUPT (I will not be suprised). I will not visit the McDonalds where the manager goes to work, and tell her she smells like fries.

Its no wonder this company isnt doing to well; there is nobody here. Just employees doing their day to day work. The store felt a little cramped and as a result so did the selection. Despite being probably the only customer in the store, nobody greeted me or said anything to me the entire time I was there. As I left i read the corner stone that said "since 1902;" truly its glory days were in the past.

Worst customer service ever. More than 15 minutes to checkout just three customers. When cashier call for help from the floor they came mad to help. Then system down, all the transaction took more than 25 minutes and not even an apology from the cashier. And to complete the happy experience they were laughing about the long that it was taking now... no respect for customers at all. Never going back.

Bathrooms were DISGUSTING, there was pee all over the seats and blood. Also, the wait was ridiculously long. The line was wrapped around to the door as usual. In addition, every associate I passed looked angry at the world and didnt even say "hi". JCP has gone downhill. Definitely will not be shopping here again.

I called in regards to customer service and was on hold for 10 minutes. I finally just hung up and had to drive to the store to see if they had what I needed. They didnt, which could have easily been resolved had they just adhered to customer service. Very disappointed.

We were here looking at curtains for about 30-40 minutes and no one came over to ask if we needed any help. The selection was good but all the prices seemed pretty high. Needless to say we ended up buying curtains somewhere else.
