Only 1 register open. Went in back door where shoes and home goods are located because I was looking for towels. Three people at the register in shoes but it was closed. Had to walk half way through the store to get checked out. Was told by the person there "we dont have the hours to bring people in during the week ". Ok done with JC Penney at Eagle Ridge mall. Will make the drive to Possner Park.

Items advertised online were not in store, was offered to make purchase online and come back to pick up at later date. I was disappointed that it was not displayed on the web site that the item was not in the store.

This place used to be a little gloomy. But lately, its seems more vibrant and up-beat. What ever it is they are doing, now, KEEP IT UP!!! Highly recommend.
