The customer service at this Publix is really great! Cashiers are friendly and the deli workers are wonderful! The bakery, however, is not the best. The bakery workers are friendly enough, but I dont feel that they are the most experienced...I guess. For example, I am 35 weeks pregnant and was craving vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting last night. I had my boyfriend go to this Publix to pick me up a slice of cake. He called me once he got there to tell me that they were out of this combination of cake slices. I asked him to pick out one of the petite birthday cakes instead, but to make sure that its vanilla cake. I was on the phone with him when he confirmed with a baker worker that the cake displayed is vanilla. He brings it home, I cut into it, and its CHOCOLATE. Not a big deal, but would have been disappointing had it been for an actual birthday. Also, the chocolate chip cookies at this Publix bakery always seems to be over-baked and dry. Weve bought a box on a few different occasions, and each box has yielded the same kind of cookie. If youre looking to shop at this Publix for only groceries or for a good sub, this is a good choice! But if youre looking to shop in the bakery, I dont recommend it. Take an extra ten or so minutes and go to the one on Bryan Diary Rd and Starkey instead.

All of the meat at this publix looks old an unappetizing, especially the beef. Ive bought t-bone and ribeye steaks that go brown in 2 days when their sell by date is 4 days after they went bad. When I mentioned it to the manager of their meat dept when returning two steaks he didnt care. The customer service at this publix is subpar. To their defense, the publix and walmart less than a mile down the road have similar quality meat so I have come to the conclusion its the East Bay area. Ive never had issues at any other publix regarding the quality of their meat.

This store has never failed to leave a good impression. Every department, every time, provides excellent customer service with a wonderful attitude. My family has been shopping here since we moved to Florida. A wonderful lady in the bakery helped us pick our wedding cake and made it (an experience neither of us was looking forward to) easy and fun. The cashiers and baggers are always friendly. This is our grocery store and its perfect.

I called today to express my concern about a prepared food that I purchased and the staff member who answered the phone ask me what I want to do - I was not sure how to respond. I thought the store has some time of food safety protocol that they follow if a customer called in to let them know that she and her family member had stomach issue right after eating the prepared food.

Its the first publix Ive ever shopped at and if they are all like this one, then Im a fan. All the employees are talkative and friendly. Even when theyre not having the best of days they are able to joke and laugh about things while helping me. Its always very clean. Definitely a a place I happily go every week.

Is a clean and organize place to shop at. Especially the guys at the Deli, super helpful. However, the pharmacist and baker wasnt friendly which is not usual. If the manager recognize their hard work and give them tools to better at customer service, it will be an amazing place to shop.

I was a bit disappointed this is the second time I went for the fried chicken and had to wait 20 minutes. They said they didnt have any left and had to make more. Next I will not wait. Another store has 8 PCs. For $6.00 at all times.sorry you asked.

I spend $1,500 a month on average at publix. This customer service has blown me off twice when I tried to exchange a faulty product. I will definitely reconsider my shopping habits, and publix wont be one of them!!
