I attended the opening for the store on October 24th and purchased a pair of sandals. I ended up having to return them since the price tag sticker tore the leather off of the shoes. I contacted the store, they refunded me, and eventually the district manager contacted me resolving the situation. I am very satisfied with the customer service at this location. I love the Dale Mabry Nordstrom Rack, and Im glad theres now a new Nordstrom Rack closer to my house! I would recommend the Nordstrom Rack to anyone who loves amazing deals.

The associates are eager to help no matter how busy they may look. Their prices are reasonable considering the discount youre getting on name brand items. I got a great pair of sturdy black patent Coach sandles for $70 that were originally around $150. I shopped with in an hour of the store opening so the store was very neat and little to no line for check out and the fitting room. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

This particular Nordstrom Rack is setup slightly different than the one on Dale Mabry. Staff was very courteous without being too overbearing. Fitting rooms are on one side and the cash registers on the opposite side of the store, as opposed to the front door. Also, the mens section seemed smaller as there were fewer business suits to choose from.

I have been to a lot of stores in my life but I have never been treated so well like I did at this store! I lost my keys at this store today around 3 and they were on top of it trying to help me from workers to supervisors and managers. The costumer service here is really amazing and is as best as it gets!
