I certainly did not expect to leave a clothing store in a state of PTSD...never in my life have i had to experience men in a female change area..and 2..dressed and behaving like cops...rude to female customers...head games...no rules posted about how to use the change rooms..exceedlingly rude male staff...treat you like a criminal when you are trying to just buy a friggin sweater...i suffer from PTSD..no woman wants to have men in authority near her when she is stripping down naked in a public place...i will never ever shop in this store again

I do not shop here my concern is for my wife, on several occasions she has come home from this establishment in tears with complaints about Management, staff and security. I myself have heard from several other people that this has happened to them. Management, staff and security speak down to the customs at loud volumes. I have asked her not to return to this place but it is the closet Ross from our home. If this is not addressed soon, my complaints will not stop here.

Nice store. Great prices. Man at register (I think might have been a manager) has ZERO customer service ability. I bought a lot of clothing items, which he literally wadded up and stuffed in the bags. He did not wrap a breakable object, but instead stuffed it between other objects. If possible, Id give this place a -5 stars. There are way too many other stores to ever go back to this one.

I went to this store yesterday evening...The dressing room attendee as well as the clerk that rang me up were Wonderful!!( Kudos to Ross for hiring great sales associates) The store is clean and organized. The best part was I found a Beautiful $240 dress for ONLY $40!!!

Nice clean store, friendly employees. I went there for shoes and needed help finding something else, but there was no one to ask. Had to wait till I got to the check out counter to ask the cashier. Nice place, some really good deals.
